薩拉戈薩旅舍酒店

La habitación cuando llegamos no estaba limpia del todo ,podíamos ver como el teléfono tenía polvo de hace bastantes días y las esquinas de la ducha estaban negras .La cama era cómoda pero las almohadas eran para malísimas ! . La luz que entraba por la ventana no me dejó pegar ojo porque las cortinas no cerraban del todo y las luces del pasillo no se apagaban . Pero sin lugar a dudas ,LO PEOR fue sobre las 8 de la mañana más o menos oímos una mujer hablando a voces que nos despertó ,así estuvo un buen rato a carcajadas,voces hablando ……vaya de película.Decidí salir para por favor decirle que bajará la voz que no eran horas cuando abro la puerta veo que es la LIMPIADORA hablando por teléfono mientras trabajaba con la puerta de la otra habitación abierta y tremendas risas . Así llevaba bastante tiempo y me dice : quiere algo 😳? Le digo si ,que por favor se calle que nos ha despertado desde hace un buen rato !!!!!!!!! . Desde luego control creo que no debe tener de ningún superior porque vaya tela .

這是我們第二次選擇這家酒店去查拉哥薩,這次他們有個細節讓我們失望了。原因?我們認爲,缺乏組織。上週六,一連的第一會聚會與所有客人相,我們不少人。問題是向客人提供晚餐...所有酒店房間都忙於活動,所以客人把我們帶到客人旁邊的四桌小酒吧裏。不僅不是吃飯的好地方(小、聲、不舒服、步,... ) , 而且他們甚至都不介意改變菜單,因爲那就是前一天的菜單。雖然他們確實給你提供一封信,包括配餐、三明治、沙拉、漢堡,...如果不喜歡日常菜單。我們認爲,如果晚餐時間爲20-22小時,那麼活動應該由此安排,以便在那時已經有一間餐廳供客人吃飯。

位於市中心的一家極好的精品酒店,具有現代和時尚的氛圍。酒吧/用餐區外的裝修和房間現代且非常舒適,對於價格合理的酒店來說也遠遠高於平均水平。位於市中心的位置(靠近火車站)非常適合步行進入市中心(阿爾方斯1大道)。許多主要旅遊景點都在步行距離之內,而這座城市本身在夜間繁忙而有趣,有許多景點可以觀賞,包括宏偉的大教堂、畫廊以及哥特式和羅馬式遺址。衆多的tapas酒吧和其他餐廳,放置在衆多舊街景中,確實很棒,雖然不便宜,但物有所值。薩拉戈薩和酒店值得偏愛,就像西班牙最好的一些。

From the reviews I had high expectations of this hotels but, having travelled all over the world, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. First of all, it’s dirty. The cleaners don’t do their job properly and the hotel is filthy. It was almost like the hotel wasn’t cleaned at all. Secondly, the air conditioning in the room doesn’t work and Zaragoza is very hot. So be prepared for no sleep. They keep the room at 21 degrees minimum and you can’t get it lower. It’s unbearable. I had no sleep the entire time I was there. Be careful about the pool. They make a big thing about advertising the pool but it’s only open a few months of the year. Finally, the staff are very rude. I tried to complain about the above but they simply didn’t want to listen. They were very aggressive, particularly front desk representative Angel. Even the General Manager’s response was rude and aggressive which reflects very badly on the Melia brand. Not sure if this particular hotel is Melia owned or managed but the service is not what you would expect from this brand. Many of the Trip Advisor reviews are false. Look it for the small number of reviews. All in all, one to avoid.

酒店旁邊就有**。地處市中心還是蠻方便的，早餐的油條蠻好吃的，還不錯。

非常棒，離景點一步之遙，酒店乾淨，服務人員友好，推薦入住，薩拉戈薩適合慢慢多玩幾天，下次一定會入住此酒店的

位置優越,距離大部分主要景點,餐廳和往返Delicias站的巴士僅幾分鐘路程。入口門廳非常像酒店。健身房不錯,但是游泳池不能使用,因爲它太冷了,即使他們的網站說是。我們在1樓有一個大型公寓。乍看之下,它看起來真的很好,但幾分鐘後,你意識到它的質量非常差廚房很舊,便宜的克羅克(火蟲),鍋柄壞了;你必須在熱水出來之前跑一分鐘以上資源的巨大浪費,特別是該地區乾旱。有人來爲我們打開房間保險箱花了2天。你必須要求基本的電器 - 水壺,烤麪包機等。浴室抽水機風扇不工作,也沒有煙霧探測器的明顯跡象。有一些工作正在進行,但我們沒有預先警告噪音。我們向工作人員投訴了幾次,但他們似乎沒有打擾。就連經理也嘲笑我們的一些問題。他們確實給我們買了一些新的鍋 - 我只能想象,他們爲其他公寓所做的“備用”鍋的質量同樣差,所以他們不得不給我們買新的。總的來說,位置優越,公寓有一張非常舒適的牀 - 唉,公寓的質量非常差,遠沒有達到4*機構的期望。

This small but charming Boutique hotel has everything you need to have a great stay in Zaragoza- Its clean, comfortable, inexpensive, and centrally located! We stayed in a small but comfortable double bed room with spectacular views of the Church and main square. Loved the quirky artistic decor, front desk staff very polite and pleasant, gave us useful tips and were friendly and accommodating. Tourism office right next door, lots of shopping and great restaurants all around- we only stayed one night but we made the most of our time there. Very walkable and good bus/taxi system if you need it. The Pilar Plaza Hotel was a great choice and I highly recommend - as well as the City itself- Zaragoza is a wonderful place to visit!!
