The front desk staff Jaylan and Alan were warm and friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and fast. The waiter was polite and professional, and delivered things in a timely manner. Conner also helped us with our luggage. Such attentive service made us feel warm. The restaurant has a wide variety of food with authentic tastes, and the breakfast is rich and varied, satisfying the different tastes of the whole family. The room is spacious, the decoration is warm, and the bedding is clean and soft, which makes people sleep well. The facilities in the room are complete, and every detail reflects the hotel's care and thoughtfulness.

We arrived about 10:30 at the hotel and we were able to check in without any problem. We asked the room to be changed 3 times and it was done asap.the manager on duty. A nice smiley young man, served as coffee. He was so helpful later on gave us a bottle of red wine when we ask for wine during the evening buffet. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful. The cleaning Ayis were also friendly. I will return..

Check-in was quick, the room was comfortable, the environment was good, the room was clean, close to Wanda, easy to get in and out, the hotel was clean, spacious and bright, the facilities were convenient, the service was excellent, enthusiastic, efficient, and responsive. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the hotel had convenient parking. In particular, Xu Yuhua's front desk service was very good, and she took the initiative to give us a room facing south, which was sunny in the afternoon and very comfortable to lie on the chaise longue.

Because I was getting married, I chose to book a room at the Rosedale Hotel. The room was very big, the front desk lady was very pretty and the service attitude was very good. She upgraded me to a suite for free. The room was about 60 square meters, and the room facilities were also very new and clean. It looked very good after the decoration! The hotel environment is really good, close to Wanda, just a few minutes walk away, and it is convenient to travel

I brought my children to Taicang on Friday and stayed in this old star-rated hotel for the first night. The fact that the hotel is older has its pros and cons. On the one hand, the service process will be more coherent. On the other hand, there are some problems with the aging and maintenance of the facilities and equipment.
Facilities: The room is quite spacious, but the overall room is old, but it does not affect your stay. There is a USB cable board connected to the bedside, which shows that the store has worked hard; the TV does not work, the response is very slow when it is turned on, and the channels are not good. Clearly, I mainly want to show my children the cartoon channel; the shower room is terrible, the shower head is installed at a very high position and the water outlet mode cannot be adjusted. In the small glass room space, the water jets scattered at high places actually fall on the I feel very unfocused physically, and I feel like I can't rinse cleanly, but it's not as normal as the shower head on the bathtub.
Service: The check-in process is relatively simple, and there is no mention of breakfast information. However, the breakfast at this street lamp is okay and meets the basic requirements. I prefer freshly cooked noodles.
Environment: The surrounding environment is okay, and it's quite quiet at night. Taicang itself is not big, so it's very convenient to go anywhere by car.

Service: The service is very good. Sabrina recommended Nanyuan and Shaxi Ancient Town, which are both very good. I will introduce friends to come here next time!

The experience of staying at Atour was very good. The front desk service was warm, tea was served when checking in, the room was clean and tidy, the guest supplies were comfortable, the slippers were soft, the books in the hall were neatly arranged, there were many kinds of books, the bamboo house was clean and tidy, and the hotel gave me a warm welcome when I left. There was a special Christmas atmosphere. I highly recommend it

Very good! The staff do not speak English but very helpful, the room is clean and with a nice modern style, located in a quiet area, near KFC, convenient store and Starbucks. The laundry room is completely free and available. The breakfast was awesome
