The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The reception staff member that served us at check in definitely needs further training in customer service. A lot of options at the breakfast buffet, however none of it was remarkable. I understand they are cooking for large numbers of people, so volume instead of quality appears to be in place. We had a nice time, but probably would not return.

It says that it is a standard room, but the ordinary room is actually arranged.

Very nice view from our room widows. There are full of different types restaurants on the ground floor. But If you close the window, the sound proof is excellent which I typically want to recommend. Stuffs are friendly and helpful, willing to give you recommendations if you are first-time visitors. They even wrote a welcome card. They have a ballroom here just opposite the reception, holding different personal events every night. I like the vibe which means it's popular place and safe. The hotel is friendly to those who travel with dogs. They have special bed and food for dogs. But we didn't need it and the dog net door barked very early in the morning. We were OK with it. At the other aspect, the hotel goes too much. The breakfast is allllll for vegetarians. Yes, all. As a guest, you are left with no choice. This is the only point that I particularly hate. Be whatever you like, just don't push others to do the something, especially when you are running a business.

The hotel environment is OK. The Langham's usual old money style. The room design is more French. The space is relatively large in Sydney. However, the location of the Langham Sydney is average. Although the nearest subway station is not far away in a straight line, you have to walk down the stairs, which is not very convenient. There are no convenience stores on Kent Street at night, and it is also a distance from the nearest supermarket. The room is 4 points, and the transportation is 3 points

I had originally booked an 83-square-meter Bay View Suite, but I arrived so late that evening that when I went to check in, they told me it was no longer available. However, the hotel upgraded me to an incredibly spacious suite. The entire room had 360-degree windows offering views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, even from inside the room itself, which was absolutely fantastic! It had the exact same view as the Western restaurant on the 36th floor. Although the Shangri-La is a bit older, it's very clean inside and the service is excellent. The 36th floor also boasts a famous restaurant with great views. The hotel is quite close to the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, about a 10-minute walk. It was really good; I stayed at this hotel for the first three nights. The space was huge and truly comfortable, especially perfect for families like ours with children. Definitely a big thumbs up! ✅

Wonderful stay, clean comfortable grand suites , loved the breakfast buffet with extra things offered there than what is usually available in other similar hotel chains. Felt every thing were somewhat grander but well kept and clean ,even though the interiors looked little dated

The rooms here are always a highlight for me. This specific Four Seasons truly embodies the brand's classic excellence. My dream is to experience every Four Seasons around the world, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Sydney.

On the plus side: we upgraded ourselves to a village suite and the size was spacious. Breakfast was fabulous and something to look forward to, although 7am start is a bit late for us.. Most of the staff were lovely and well trained. Room was cosy and quiet at night. Fresh towels and clean bathroom. Easy and convenient location outside of CBD. This is the only big hotel in the area and there are some great restaurants nearby - Carmela, Margaret, Bill’s etc. usefully close to Chemist Warehouse for essentials you’ve forgotten. On the negative: It should be classed as 4* - quite cheaply constructed and maintained. Not what you might consider to be luxury. Rooms are dark,  with poorly thought out lighting; the carpet rarely vacuumed (if at all) during our five night stay. Hand held shower head spray nozzles were blocked, bathtub drain was also blocked. Sinks not very clean. Windows in room and dining room very dirty. Big construction site adjacent so we moved rooms to get away from the noise and view of the cranes. Overpriced hotel offering when you consider we could have booked the Capella in CBD at nearly the same rate as our suite, but nice to be away from the city.

My trip to Sydney and stayed at Pier One Sydney Harbour was great and fantastic experience. One of the staff her name is Vy has done the an excellent job at the reception and check in and during stay was smooth and felt welcoming. Even there was some issues with the room or cleanliness issue. She had push her into guests shoes and sort out the problem immediately. The location of the hotel is prefect as you can see the Sydney Opera house and Harbour Bridge and tram rail just walked out the hotel door. The restaurant breakfast for cold dishes was good and hot dishes options need for improvement for more varieties of hot foods.

From the minute of our arrival the staff at Peppers-Sebel Manly Beach were so helpful and friendly. We arrived very early after our cruise and the spaciousness of our room was delightful. The location of our accommodation behind the surf club at Manly beach was perfect for a swim, relaxing with the locals, and exploring the great variety of cafes, restaurants, and bars. A wonderful stay! 🙏 😊
