To be fair, my room wasn't ready at 3:30 PM check-in, even though I had completed the pre-arrival procedure and paid the deposit in advance. Upon arrival, I was told the room wasn't ready, and I had to wait a long time to get checked in. What was the point of the pre-arrival process then? Entering the room, there was a pervasive disinfectant smell, especially near the bathroom. At night, the creaking floorboards from the room above were quite loud, though I understand this is often unavoidable in older buildings. The bathroom water pressure was just average. On the positive side: The location is excellent, and the à la carte breakfast options were good quality, but the buffet selection was very limited. The so-called 'butler' service seemed to consist of a single brief encounter – that was it.

I had such a wonderful stay at Raffles Sentosa. My butlers, Ronnie and Christopher, really made the experience special - they always seemed to know what I needed before I even asked. A real highlight was my 10pm bath every night, which they prepared perfectly. With all the rain during my stay, it was exactly what I needed to wind down. Breakfast at Empire Grill has really improved as well. I couldn’t go without the salmon eggs benedict and the crêpe - both were spot on every morning. I had dinner at the Empire Grill and Royal China as well this time which was perfect for hosting my guests. I also had a massage with Feifei, which was fantastic. She’s excellent and I’d highly recommend her to anyone staying at the resort. All in all, it was a memorable stay with those little touches that make Raffles feel so special.

I recently stayed at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, offering seamless check-in and a refreshing welcome drink. The room was immaculate, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of Marina Bay. The elegant design, paired with high-end amenities like Bottega Veneta toiletries and a Nespresso machine, made the stay both luxurious and comfortable. The bed was plush and perfect for a restful night. One of the standout experiences was the rooftop pool and Lantern bar. Watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand, overlooking the Marina Bay Sands light show, was unforgettable. The hotel's central location made exploring the city effortless—most major attractions were within walking distance. Dining at La Brasserie was another highlight. The French menu was well-curated, and breakfast offered a diverse spread of international and local dishes. I also highly recommend the afternoon tea at The Landing Point—beautiful presentation and rich flavors. Although there’s no on-site spa, the hotel arranged a complimentary limousine to its sister property, The Fullerton Hotel, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, truly stunning. The service is exceptional. Every room comes with a dedicated butler, so you really don't have to worry about language barriers. It's an especially wonderful experience if you're traveling with kids.

I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore during my recent short trip to visit friends. My experience over these past few days has been excellent. The hotel is conveniently located next to Marina Bay, right by the Conrad and Mandarin Oriental. Taxis are easy to catch, but if you're taking the subway, be prepared for a roughly 600-meter walk, which can be quite sunny during the day. The room facilities are a bit dated overall, but the high ceilings, combined with the 50sqm size, make the room feel incredibly spacious. The view from the front of the room is absolutely stunning. The octagonal window by the bathtub offers fantastic day and night views. I'm fine with the toilet not being a smart toilet. Breakfast is served on the first floor, offering a wide and rich variety of dishes. The Eggs Benedict and smoked salmon were particularly good. The gym deserves a special mention; it's equipped entirely with Life Fitness equipment, quiet, and has a great ambiance. The pool is very photogenic in the evening, but unfortunately, I didn't bring my swimsuit, so I couldn't take a dip. Moreover, almost all the staff I encountered proactively smiled and greeted me, which significantly enhanced my experience. I was granted a late check-out until 3 PM, which was perfect for heading to the airport afterward. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Singapore; this experience was outstanding.

Four Seasons truly lives up to its reputation; everything from the welcome to the room service was excellent. The housekeeping, in particular, was incredibly professional and meticulous. They even neatly coiled and arranged all our electronic device cables – that's how detail-oriented they were!

Booked two rooms for four nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A special mention goes to the hotel for providing a WeChat communication group; any issues or requests we had were immediately addressed when posted in the group, which was an excellent experience. Additionally, the in-room dining quality was very good. The hotel's breakfast and buffet offered a wide variety of options. I highly recommend staying at the Mandarin Oriental if you're visiting Singapore.

Facilities: I chose The Edition because it's a relatively new hotel, and truly, everything about it was excellent. Our twin room with 1.5m beds was sufficiently large, and the overall room space was quite generous. Although not cheap, it certainly felt worth the price. Any requests made to the front desk were responded to promptly. Service: I didn't encounter the inadequate service mentioned in some other reviews. During our four-night stay, the concierge service was spot on, from assisting with luggage upon arrival to providing welcome drinks and a thorough introduction at check-in. All the service staff were also very warm and enthusiastic throughout our stay. Environment: The ground floor lobby is very distinctive, adorned with various floral arrangements. The pool and gym on the eighth floor were also great. Located in the Wujie Road area, there is indeed a building under construction directly opposite the hotel, but it didn't disturb our rest at all. If you prioritize a hotel with excellent hardware facilities, I would definitely recommend it!
