This hotel offers incredible value for money. For the same view, you're paying half the price of the Rosewood next door. While it's a bit smaller than the Rosewood, the Regent feels much newer.
Dining: Breakfast exceeded my expectations; it was far more extensive than what you'd typically find at other hotels in this price range.
Service: The entire staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming.
Facilities: The toilet isn't a bidet, but that's perfectly acceptable given the price point.

Extremely satisfied with the hotel. The staff provided excellent service, the cigar bar was fantastic, and breakfast was great too. I'll definitely stay here again. What's more, I originally booked for three days, but due to a sudden illness, I only stayed two days and checked out. The hotel kindly refunded me for the unused night.

This is my second stay at Rosewood, and for 6000 a night, the mini bar prices are outrageously high – 200 for a small juice and 75 for a Coke. That's a real turn-off. The toiletries in the bathroom are also very basic; the shampoo made my scalp itchy, and the entire line, including the soap, has no scent whatsoever. The afternoon tea is only good for photos; honestly, the pastries don't taste good at all. I got tired of them after just a few bites. Rosewood's pastry chef is really mediocre... The Chinese restaurant, however, tastes quite good, but you need to book in advance. The bar closes at midnight from Monday to Friday. Breakfast is quite lavish, and the service is pretty good!

This was my third stay at the Rosewood Hong Kong, and it was the first time I've encountered a room that smelled musty. Thankfully, after speaking with them, they were able to switch me to a room with a normal scent. Breakfast was excellent as always; they even gave me a box of chocolates as an apology for the slow waffle service. The lunch at The Legacy House was absolutely delicious, it definitely deserves more than one Michelin star.

Wow, I had a fantastic stay at the four seasons in HK. The arrival greeting, checking and personnel who greeted us were all fantastic. This was our final stay after 7 weeks away and I couldn’t ask for a better and more glorious end to our trip.. The room was perfect, a perfect harbour view, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, and that’s coming from a chronic insomniac, and the attention to detail was phenomenal. The blackout blinds, the quietness in the room, the level of cleanliness, no detail was overlooked. I can’t praise you highly enough. I actually missed our first night booked due to a time change error and that was a shame as I would’ve valued another night sleeping in those comfortable beds. Will I be staying at four seasons again, absolutely, can’t wait. Btw where can I get that bed for my home? More organisations could learn from your level of custom care and service.

We booked two rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, and my parents were extremely satisfied with their stay. They stayed in a room with two large double beds, and everything was perfect. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the room size was spacious and very comfortable.
All aspects—service, facilities, location, and cleanliness—were absolutely top-notch, deserving a full 10/10. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay, especially for families!

Room type - Grand harbour one plus
Good location, very convenient for shopping and dinning to arrive just a minute using hotel lift.
Great variety choices of restaurants from food court to fine dining at K11 Musea.
Hotel guests can even taking a relaxing walk and running along Victoria harbour view.
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, staff Ken Chui & Jimmy made me feel welcomed and valued, especially Ken sent me handwritten welcome notes, warm gift & thanks for his giving detailed information on my modification request of upgrading room.
Every interaction, whether with the front desk, housekeeping & dinning staff, Hotel team's dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience truly made my visit memorable.
Thank you for going above and beyond. I look forward to my next stay!

Last year, I booked a sea-view room. This year, I brought my child and booked a two-bedroom sea-view apartment, which was excellent value for money. The private elevator was a pleasant surprise; having one elevator per unit offered great privacy. Even during the typhoon, some vendors at the food court downstairs were open, which solved our dining dilemma. The hotel's proximity to the subway station is incredibly convenient – you don't get hit by any sun or rain. I'll definitely choose K11 again next time. The service was also exceptional. Highly recommended!

Due to a typhoon warning, which would impact our plans, I tried to cancel my 3 PM booking at 10 PM on the same day. Unfortunately, Ctrip's policy made the order non-cancellable, so we had no choice but to check in. It's incredibly unreasonable that hotel bookings in Hong Kong made through the platform are non-cancellable – it's a huge trap! They should at least charge a cancellation fee based on the time remaining until check-in. After all, an empty room is a wasted resource, and other guests might need it but can't book due to it showing as full.
The room itself was generally fine, but not very spacious. I booked a city view, and at this price, I guess that's what I was paying for. The views from the restaurant and sea-view rooms were decent, but you really need good, sunny weather to appreciate them. On the morning of check-out, there was a mix-up with my friend's luggage, which delayed our departure by 10 minutes. Our driver, who had been waiting for quite a while, was visibly annoyed and almost canceled our ride.

This is the tallest hotel in Hong Kong, with the lobby on the 103rd floor and the highest swimming pool on the 118th floor. Even though the hotel has been open for over 10 years, it's very well-maintained and doesn't look old at all. There's no extra charge for a child's rollaway bed, and the overall experience was excellent! Both the adults and kids were very satisfied.

This was my first stay at a Mandarin Oriental, and I chose their historic birthplace. The hotel's location is excellent, right outside Central Station. Just find Harry Winston, and you've found the Mandarin Oriental.
The standard rooms are already luxurious and elegant. Outside the window is Chater Road, bustling with luxury boutiques. The warm yellow reflections off the wooden furniture made me feel like I'd stepped back into the golden age of the last century – a beautiful reflection of economic prosperity, yet never loud or ostentatious.
Even with evening turndown service, a good hotel is incredibly thoughtful. They prepared bookmarks, bedtime tea, and essential oils, and all amenities were replenished. The room also came with small items branded with the Mandarin Oriental HK logo, such as leather coasters, cable organizers, luggage stickers, and lens cleaning cloths. I asked the front desk, and they confirmed I could take them all (currently, Mandarin Oriental doesn't offer small-sized toiletries, only a small body lotion, which I loved the scent of, so I requested extra).
The hotel's 'hidden drawer' is very practical. You just write your request on a piece of paper, place it in the tray in the drawer, and ring the bell. Whether it's for laundry or amenity replenishment, you don't even need to make a phone call – perfect for introverts!
Every detail of my stay here was meticulously taken care of. Despite being on a busy street, the soundproofing was excellent, and the temperature and humidity were maintained at a very comfortable level, allowing me to get refreshing sleep during a busy trip.
The breakfast selection is quite rich, with semi-buffet and full-buffet options available at different restaurants. For tourists, I'd recommend the full buffet as it offers a wider variety of dishes, including both hot and cold options, and you can also order à la carte desserts like pancakes.
Before leaving, I bought some rose jam and a fan, officially becoming a fan of MO.

Even though it's an older hotel, it's still incredibly well-maintained, and if you look closely, you can even catch a glimpse of its past luxurious, almost decadent charm. The location is absolutely superb, convenient for both the Star Ferry and the Peak Tram. The service is also excellent. I'm very satisfied and would definitely stay here again next time.

Even though I booked the lowest-priced room, the service was exceptional. Perhaps because it was our first stay, we had a dedicated staff member accompanying us from the moment we got out of the car, through check-in, and all the way to our room, explaining everything in English. During the day, I left my laptop out, and when I returned, I found an alcohol wipe next to it. My charging cables were neatly organized by the bed, and my cosmetics were thoughtfully arranged. The turndown service was a great experience. The hotel is also very close to the Avenue of Stars and K11, just a few steps away.

This time, my wife and I snuck away for two nights to celebrate our anniversary. The Peninsula, as always, provided excellent service and was spotlessly clean! On the first day, our flight was delayed due to the weather, and we didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. As soon as we entered the room, we found that many decorative items had already been set up for us, creating a wonderful atmosphere! On the second day, they even thoughtfully prepared a small cake for us! Their attention to detail was truly impressive!

This time, I stayed in the N3 room type, which was very spacious. The water provided was in cans, and everything was perfect. The popular Hong Mian restaurant, which has recently become famous, is conveniently located just outside the hotel's UG level. Since there were many guests checking in, I had to queue for a while to get a table for breakfast, but that's understandable. All the staff, from the concierge to the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping, were very friendly and showed no discrimination towards mainland guests. My only minor suggestion is that the breakfast variety felt a bit limited, with more options catering to Western tastes. It would be even better if they could add more Chinese or Hong Kong-style dishes.

This hotel is in the former Hong Kong government building. Murray House is very photogenic, and I really love the style here. The hotel service was excellent, a special thanks to Judy! The room was spacious and comfortable. We stayed in room N2 this time, and the desk was perfectly positioned for my child to do homework. The famous Cotton Tree restaurant is on the UG level. Every detail in the room was exceptionally well done. P.S. There's even a sofa in the elevator! 😃

I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the downside, there were security issues, as anyone could access the guest room floors, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Additionally, the lighting in the room was quite dim, which detracted from the overall ambiance. However, the service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond by preparing champagne glasses and slippers for us, and they even helped deliver items to our room. Overall, while the security concern and dim lighting were significant drawbacks, the attentive service made the stay more enjoyable.

Went for the breakfast view. No longer swarmed by influencers, it's much quieter now. Breakfast for four was served simultaneously by five or six waiters – quite an impressive sight, perfect for a photo op!

Ocean View not worth it because you overlook a bunch of filthy trawlers. The constant “House music” tends to wear on you … even at breakfast … it’s a bit much.
Staff is super polite and helpful - everyone welcoming. Breakfast fantastic. Great workout room.
Shower area getting dated … we had a water leak from ceiling on last day and they comp’d us a breakfast.
I’d say 4 stars - better than Marriot but not even close to Rosewood.

Direction of Welcome, Alex Chung is quick to respond when he found out that we are not satisfied with the room temperature. We are very impressed with his excellent service. Thank you, Alex! We will definitely be back to this hotel if we were to visit Hong Kong again.

Hong Kong weather - best times to visit Hong Kong
18 Dec, 2025 Hong KongWeather:Overcast.Northeasterly wind:0–10 km/hour.Humidity:72%.Sunrise/sunset:06:56/17:43
Hong KongTravel:Suitable.Umbrella:Not required.UV strength:Low
Hong Kong has a monsoon-influenced subtropical climate which means it is warm and humid all year round, but its coastal location means the weather can be changeable, including sudden thunderstorms and possible typhoons (late-May to mid-September). The coldest months are December to February, when the temperature may fall to 10 °C (50 °F). Summer is long, hot, and rainy, with temperatures averaging between 26-32 °C (79-90 °F). On top of that, visitors can expect frequent showers as it is also the rainy season. Weather in Spring is often pleasant but changeable, so it is considered Shoulder Season with fewer crowds. So the most recommended time to visit Hong Kong is from October to early December.Though Hong Kong is an all-year destination, the Peak Season for tourism is October-December, as well as Chinese New Year (late January or early February). There are many religious festivals and events (trade fairs) in the city, so crowds will increase dramatically. If high humidity doesn’t bother you, the cheapest time to visit Hong Kong is in May and June. This is the best time to look for deals on flights and hotels. Conversely, in the peak months of September to December, flights and accommodations are at their most expensive.
