I stayed af this place many times, and I reserved a single room with bosphorus view. The rooms were nice, large and clean. Service was very good. Breakfast was poor, and was always the same. And recently the hotel is becoming a little expensive.

The structure of the hotel is very far from what promoted in the website. Keep attention! The hotel is not clean, the staff is not polite and the alleged gym is ALWAYS out of service. Very much below the price you pay. It deserves ONLY for the position near to Taksim square. And that's all.

The hotel I visited two times before was good . But this time was terrible! Cleanliness 0/10 Food 0/10 we asked for high floor and it wasn’t available they gave us low and noisy room next to the cultural center ,music was loud. Bathroom stinks with bad smell. Breakfast is horrible nothing to eat and found bugs in lettuce. I don’t recommend the hotel.

The Good: At check-in we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, an offer to a "family" room or a "Suite". The suite though was not much of a "suite" apart from a sofa in the room. The location is good. Close to Taksim square. Gorgeous sunset (if the room is on that side). The breakfast is reasonable, good selection of breads. The best part of the breakfast is the staff led by a superb restaurant manager who helped out even in the cleaning up and gave personalised attention to everyone. The Bad: The bathrooms are quite small and poorly lit. The kitchen sink was blocked the day we moved in and is spite of multiple complaints did not get fixed over the 4 nights we stayed there. Although it was cool outside at night, the room was "stuffy". We could have kept the window open, but the noise was disturbing. The AC was pretty poor and again in spite of complaints every day, it did not get fixed. We respect the pride of the people of any country in their language, so with no disrespect would like to state that communication in the hotel was very difficult except a few of the front office staff, which made life very difficult for us to get anything done. It is marked as a 4 star hotel on various sites including on their own board, but having seen a few 4 star hotels, this does not stand up to the standards. Conclusion: We would not choose to stay there again.

We justbfinished our stay here and I would recommend to everyone is a great location cleaned hotel what makes it special os their welcomed staff which always helped with solution. Also their free breakfest is really good one. See U again guys.
