The staff were very nice. I had an executive room, the size was about 6x17ft. That included a bed, bathroom, shower, vanity desk and closet. There was no room for me unless I was on the bed. My suitcase had to go on the vanity chair so there was also nowhere for me to sit. There is no breakfast as there is no restaurant and so was told I’d have to make a reservation for the pool, so I didn’t bother with that. Beware of the safe. It’s iron lid slipped out of my hand and slammed down on my finger which I had stupidly placed on the rim. Most of my upper finger under the nail is now missing. The staff didn’t really do anything when I told them so I hope they remove those safes. It was cheap by Singapore standards at US$134.00. As I had never been there before I didn’t research it properly. I would probably not stay there again but it was central to the train station and China Town. You get what you pay for I guess s d if you just need a room for a couple of nights it’s safe and ok. I was there for eleven and that was too long.

My only star in this review goes towards the location of the hotel. As the location is very central to everything in Singapore. However, this hotel is a tourist trap. The restaurant they claim to have is very much closed and by the looks of it has been for a while. There was no breakfast, even though they state there is. The receptionists never even said hello when we came in, not a single time, every time we came back we just got the stares, until we said hi and got a reluctant "hello" back. The pool has been closed for a long time, but is still happily shown on their booking sites, but we were told it's closed until December 22 and possibly longer(I suspect it won't even open back up again.) The bed... Oh the bed... It's as hard as a rock, both my girlfriend and I's backs were completely messed up after our stay (and we were only there for 4 nights). I feel like it would probably be more comfortable sleeping on the floor. Even though the room was clean enough, there was still visible molding in the shower area, so we made sure our AC was running as much as possible. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, ever. The placement is good, but the hotel is simply not up to standard. They did so much just to get a 3 star rating and then closed it down again, this should be a 1 star hostel, that's more how it is.

I booked the hotel before checking 1 week and . I got email, the booking was cancel when i arrived to Singapore. I called hotel for getting more detail but staff(lady) can't help any more and told me: you have to complain the agent not hotel !!!(disrespectful tone, very rude) I known i have to contact the agent but you would take care your guest more than. Is this how you treat of your guest?

Unexpectedly we had to stay overnight in Singapore and we quickly chose a hotel - this hotel as a one nighter. The room was on the small side. The bed was placed adjacent to the wall as the room was really. you can get on the bed from only one side. But for a tiny room, there's lots of amenities - tv, slippers. Its very clean. The bathroom is also small. The toilet and vanity in one area. Its a tight squeeze between the two. Another section for the shower thankfully, which is a little more spacious. Surprisingly they offer amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, proper body wash, combined hair conditioner and shampoo, moisturiser, shower cap. All a plus! The location is good, easy to find food and shopping area is nearby. In summary its a very small, clean room. Its ok for an overnighter, maybe two nights at most.

Very kindly staff, special thanks for manager Mrs. May and Mr. David. Every thing is nice ..... I feel home style while my staying in the hotel. Food is very delicious. One think need improvement strength the Wi-Fi signal. We stayed Three days , one night get power failure, but the hotel has own generator.
