All the staff are friendly and helpful and the reception staff speak excellent English. My bedroom was small by North American standards but it was charming with a very comfy bed. I ordered breakfast daily and I’m so glad I did. It was scrumptious and generous and served in the lovely breakfast room. I was able to walk to all Paris attractions from the hotel but there are Metro stations close by. There are also restaurants and spots for a coffee or a glass of wine steps from the hotel but the hotel itself s on a very quiet street.I spent nine nights there and the hotel really added to my whole Paris experience .

We had a wonderful one-week stay as a family at Le Petit Chomel. You can’t beat the location in Saint Germain. The hotel is well appointed, cozy and welcoming. The staff is very attentive and made all of the logistics for our first visit to Paris much easier. Nas, you’re the man. We’ll definitely stay there again and look forward to seeing our friends at Le Petit Chomel.

The family room is a great deal- it includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Staff are always smiling and ready to help. Our kids truly loved it. The beds were comfortable and the location- near shops, food and metro but also a quiet street. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Le Petit Chomel from Oct 18 to Nov 8. Its located on a quiet street, in the center of Paris just two blocks from the Metro and close to the Bon Marche. We found the rooms very clean, with new sheets and towels every day. Breakfast was excellent, which included cheeses, fresh breads, coffees, teas, fresh orange juice, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful, suggesting places to eat, visit, and ways to save money while in Paris. They helped us understand the transportation system which is one of the finest in the world. We easily traveled every district to visit museums, palaces, the many wonderful churches in and around Paris and places to shop. Walking from location to location is easy. The trains are also fast and easily accessible from the metro to visit outside areas like Normandy and the city of Bayeux close to the American cemeteries, beaches, and Mont Saint Michel. A café is conveniently located at the end of the block and there’s a fine restaurant next door. We suggest making arrangements through the staff and obtaining tickets online to guarantee a time of entry and avoid unnecessary waiting, this includes dining at the Eiffel Tower. Downloading apps can be very helpful such as SNCF Connect for the trains, G7 for taxis, Bonjour RATP for the Metro and busses (busses can be used with the same Metro pass), Google Translate (helpful for viewing menus), and Orange Travel that allows a low-cost way to phone and text with a downloadable SIM, (much cheaper than US carrier service in Europe). Thanks again to the wonderful people at Le Petit Chomel, Delphine, Emilie, Nas & Pascal!

We spent 7 nights at this wonderful boutique hotel in a great area. The Le Petit Chomel team ensures your stay is easy and comfortable. Our rooms were small but with large windows and overall they were cozy and just enough. The bedding was very comfortable and we slept extremely well! The common areas are homey and a great place to relax and have a drink or snack. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and found it to be a good value. Again, service was excellent. After a couple of days, I was referring to the hotel as "home" and I think it doesn't get much better than that!
