The all deal was a hoax. In the pictures of my reservation a see a large room, with sofa, etc. In fact what I got was a tiny, tiny room, without the sofa, without towels, without the wifi password, the sheets were dirty with hairs from previous guests, etc. It was a total deceive. I tried to contact the lady in charge many times by messages, phone calls, never got an answer; before my payment she always answered very politely. The next morning we left to a normal hotel. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT HOTEL!!

Location is amazing! So close for walking to parks and to centre/palace. Lots of bakeries and restaurants close by. Room is basic - clean bedding and towels provided. Beds comfy and wifi / tv great. However not enough plates, cutlery, glasses. No kitchen towel or washing up liquid. Toilet paper ran out on second day. Sofa bed not made up (but was comfy). Ironing board but no iron. No clothes maiden to dry wet clothing (but washing machine provided).

The place was filthy with fungus on the walls, the curtains where full of grease. There is no way that an adult can sit on the toilet. The room has no doors for privacy in a 4 people apartment and there is no way you can get to the bedroom closet without moving the bed. And the host is unresponsive. I tried to contact them several times with no luck.

SCAMMERS-they require you to connect “at least 72 hours in advance” in order to arrange access but fail to answer, leaving travellers vulnerable with unsecured accommodation prior to arrival, then keep the fee because all of this happens after the free cancellation date cut off. Avoid at all costs. They are scamming thieves that should not be permitted to book via booking sites.

We arrived an hour after check in and room was still not ready. Had to drop bags and hang around for an additional 2 hours. Once we got to the room, 1 of the minisplit ACs was non-functioning in the living area so the entire apartment was hot. We were on the top floor and windows open to the roof which made it hotter. The upstairs bathroom had no airflow at all and smelled like sewer gas. The refrigerator was not cooling properly and kept beeping the entire time. Mildew in the shower, cracks in the tile floor, found a pill on the floor along with lots of dustbunnies. Couch had cigarette burn in it and some sort of stain on it, maybe pee? Tried to contact the office several times to request a different room or see what could be done and they never responded. Would not recommend at all.
