酒店位於Gran Via, 地點十分熱鬧方便，附近很多餐廳及商店，行街買東西的好地方。 酒店服務員連續兩天來叩門，然後就自行開門入房間，把我們一家人從睡夢中嚇醒，服務員也沒有道歉，這是我們從來沒有遇到過的事情，最後到前台投訴，酒店員工只是叫我們把”Do not disturb”牌掛在門口

The hotel is very central located. Not cheap for solo room. my room had no view (no sunlight) but the alleys of the building. No central heating in the room but there was an air conditioner. There was a construction in the hotel with alot of disturbing sounds. You can’t have a nap in the afternoon. Raoul or Rafael a new employee there was very nice customer service person. Lovely, welcoming and helpful.

Hotel muy bien situado, con las instalaciones muy amplias y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Me dieron una habitación en un piso alto y silenciosa detalle que esde agradecer. La entra suele ser a partir de las 12:00 que también es muy importante. Repetiré

位置非常優越，機場大巴車就在門口不遠，對面有一個大型超市買東西非常，環境很好，旁邊有一個小公園人很少，非常安靜。

極其可怕的一個酒店，外來可以隨意上樓，酒店靜音差，房間門有時候鎖不住。而且在酒店房間丟失了財務，看酒店經理的反應就算活該，衹能自己接受損失。
