Muy mala la atención de parte de la muchacha que me atendió el primer día

When I entered the lobby there was trash on the floor, a overflowing tall trash can behind the desk, and furniture that looked like it should be sitting on the curb waiting for the trash truck. The room was filthy. So much so that we left almost immediately and checked out. Both me and my wife refused to stay the night there. I have stayed at very inexpensive, budget type rooms and some I thought were in rough areas to save a buck but never have I felt like the room itself was disgusting. This was awful.

The place is good if your just looking for a nice comfy bed. My room did not have a tv remote the office never got back to me about providing me an another one unfortunely which would have made the stay a little bit better internet did not work at all the entire time during my stay beware if you have to work remote there.

My AC flooded my room. No one ever cleaned it up and everyday was a different story for a new room which never happened! They kept me in the same unsanitary room for 7 days. My room key wouldn’t work every time I came in and out. The staff never once cared to fix things or put themselves in my shoes. Zero care! Stay away from this place!!!

It was filthy and lived-in. There were hairs on the shower drain. Scratches in the toilet bowl and on the kitchen drain filter. I even had to buy a pair of flip-flops to walk in the hotel. Apparently the hotel is short on staff, but no guest should have to stay in filth.

It was super dirty, no towels, no pillows, stuff in the drawers, stained walls and shower, it was terrible, not safety on the surroundings, the offer to change rooms but the other one was about the same

It’s a place to sleep and shower but no towels is a no for me, at least a towel people I’m sure you can afford that much!

Arrived for check-in and was told our room was given away and they didn't have any other room available they said they overbooked

Infested not clean no service no clean towels stayed for 7 days no maid service no clean sheets

Nada parecido a lo que se ve en las fotos, en el baño la regadera nunca terminó de cerrar bien.. tenía gotera y el olor de la habitación nada agradable.

This property was not cleaned properly, there were roaches everywhere

Personal sin ganas de atender y ayudar camas y cuartos sucios insectos por todos lados, mal olor terrible

Todo super sucio y tiene mal y personas fumando *********

The main office was locked nobody was on reception counter. I call the hotel front desk and the lady said she will be down, I had to wait more than 20min. But she was polite and friendly.
