Efter rumsstädningen låg en hårklump under skrivbordet (inte mitt hår). Ganska äckligt att den kom fram först under min andra dag i rummet, efter städningen. Fläckar på sängkläderna (röda sträck, penna? läppstift?) men i övrigt kändes sängkläderna fräscha.

Fräsch hotell med bästa läge i Skövde Så fint bemötande av personalen vid incheckning. Samt snabbt åtgärdat på något jag gjort fel vid bokning. Tusen tack vi kommer tillbaka

Ok ophold. Fair pris. Spøjst værelse layout med tre senge på meget få m2. Fint badeværelse. Mad i buffet var middelmådig men ok til prisen. Kan nogle fortælle kokken at Dansk remulade ikke skal smage af karry. Vi fik ophold til en meget god pris og er derfor overvejende positiv

Illaluktande hotell. Nedgånget. Trasiga dörrfoder i rummet. Illaluktande sängkläder.

Saknade info vid bokningen om parkering, men fick bra info i receptionen.

The big advantage of this hotel is that it's a one minute from the train station. It is warm and clean, nice, comfortable beds, generous breakfast. The rooms are very basic, we got one in the basement, which was very unpleasant. I complained at the reception, they just smiled.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Billingen while visiting Skövde. We had a great stay. We definitely recommend this hotel! We had a great room that was quiet, very comfortable bed and a bathroom that was beautifully designed. In the morning an excellent breakfast was provided. We don’t come to Skövde that often but next time we come we will stay at Hotel Billingen again. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful old building in great location for everything you need in the city. Staff was very friendly. 3 stars is because it was exactly what rating means, average. Absolutely nothing wrong but room for improvement in most categories.

Near to the bowlingalley, Nice park , close to the train, Good dinner , nice breakfast, some luck with free parking , nice combo with old and new installation in the hotel , some shops near the hotel.

Our room was very cold during our stay. We told the reception but they were not interested. The room temperature was 16 degrees. We all returned to our country sick. Scandic cophenac never again.………..

When we checked in for 2 nights we were asked if we wanted cleaning. We did that and it was registered. When we returned to the hotel in the afternoon the next day, the room was not cleaned and I asked that it be done. But the cleaners had gone home so the hotel could only apologize. I asked for a refund of some of what I had paid for cleaning, but was only offered a worthless breakfast card. The hotel makes money by not cleaning the rooms - which guests pay for.

Paid more for a small single room than I normally do for a double room in a nicer hotel. Was a very busy weekend with big event in the town, so I understand why they cranked the price up. But 1800 SEK is way too much for what I got. Dusty and dirty floors in room. Extremely small shower. A bathroom that smelled of sewer. Arrogant check-in service. Not very nice breakfast (cold eggs, diluted orange juice)

And the Scandic is a beautiful outbuilding on the exterior which is a complete opposite of the experience of the interiors. What was once an elegant building was butchered and cheapened By the cafeteria like budget oriented decor on the interiors. The rooms were so small along with the beds and sheets that I felt like I was in a prison cell. The bathroom sink with the size of a small mixing bowl no counter space, industrial tile it honestly felt like showering in a gasoline station bathroom. They offer a little to no service (Not that it was the staff fault as they were friendly and helpful). Shame on Scandic for offering such a rooms and services to their customers. I will never visit again
