The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. The hotel room was nice and comfortable and was worth the price. The bathroom was clean 👍👍

We stayed at this hotel back in 2014. The location is pretty awesome if you want to be in Hollywood. We returned because my son lives nearby. Has a lovely kind of retro - deco feel. My poor review is because the maintenance seems to be lacking: the couches in the lobby were stained and torn. In our room, there was a wall with many splash-stains, and the blinds had multiple punctures.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS GLORIFIED MOTEL!!!!! Electric blinds were broken and when I asked for a new room because of privacy issues, they tried everything to not give us a new room. They eventually removed a piece of wood holding that allowed the blinds to go down. The sheets were clearly not changed out because there was lipstick marks and hair on the pillow cases and in the sheets. Our room smelled like warm piss and molded sewage. Robin was the only silver lining to our experience. As soon as he came into our room and identified the smell, he did what he could to rectify the situation. He gave us room options and even allowed us to pick which one we felt the most comfortable with. He offered us two VIP drink tickets during all of this, while continuing to apologize for this (it was 1130/12 at night) When we went to use the drink tickets the experience at the bar was something else. Whatever you do, do not get a mixed drink ONLY BEERS AND WINE.

At check in I was introduced to our room as a junior suite far far away from it, it was just a regular room with a tub and shower which needs some major maintenance the tub didn’t hold the water the shower was full of mildew all over the walls

Hotel is not clean, dirty floors, stained walls. I didn’t even stay the night I was there for 3 minutes. Still waiting on refund
