Super nice staff, lovely town, loved going to the bakery across the street for breakfast everyone morning and extra points for the jasmine growing in the parking lot as the fragrance was amazing. As others have said, it's a wee bit outdated but that adds to the charm. Would definitely return

Hotel was clean and service was excellent. Comes with free breakfast at a local bakery, which was ample and delicious. Beds are antiquated and spring style, certainly not "luxurious", but given the price point, to be expected. All in all, good location and a good stay

It was a nice remodeled room but smelled like paint. The staff never cleaned our room so I ended doing our bed etc… left things at hotel, when called they told me I had to wait until the next day and couldn’t help me. I asked if why thru couldn’t check. Finally they did and found my lost items. The continental breakfast was not continental but bread, cheeses and more pastries. The area was central and limited parking. Staff was only helpful if you were persistent in asking for help.

Third time staying here and will definitely return. Only 2 issues during this stay: (1) the front desk clerk was originally going to charge me a few hundred $$$ more until I mentioned that I had reserved under a special rate, (2) the refrigerator in the room was very loud.

Not at all worth the exorbitant nightly fees they are charging. The place itself is as nice as your average Motel 6. Nothing more.

We thought this hotel was a great location, great property, pool was amazing and bed was super comfortable! Definitely recommend this hotel!!

They have done a wonderful job of redoing the inside of the rooms. The breakfast is from Olsen's Bakery across the street which is amazing.

Breakfast is so bad, you can chose bread or bread with this coffee.

Our room had ants in the bathroom and the bed.

Gotta love the Solvang Inn and Cottages Centrally located friendly staff perfect place to stay well solving.

We had a great friends weekend, even in the rain. Quick friendly checkin the room was very clean. The continental breakfast at Olsen’s was delicious. The cheese served with fresh baked roll (chef’s kiss) and a good cup of coffee.

Friendly and welcomed staff. Great advised on places to eat! Great quiet area and talk about cleanness !!
