房型老舊，設施老舊，房間沒有tissue,衹有廁紙，早餐也很一般

All good except the $45 a head charge for Breakfast. Cant comment as to whether it is worth such a price as I didnt bother!

我沒有待在一個房間的特權，但我決定在咖啡店點一杯蛋糕咖啡。不幸的是，我等待了大約十分鐘，在任何人都注意到我之前，或者說下了一份訂單，後來，當我站起來要菜單並且選擇蛋糕的時候，我注意到，確實有人在那裡為我服務。咖啡店的女士，等待了五到十分鐘之後才為我服務。我不確定，這是否是正缺人手，然後簡單忽略了客戶。意味着本是可以短暫放鬆的時刻，變成了長達四十分鐘的等待，只是為了喝一杯速溶咖啡…

The property needs a face lift, it has no AC that works. The inroom amenities are way below standard and old.

Indeed its always a home away from home! Peaceful nights and sleep! Great Hotel Location, Central Services. I always enjoyed the Breakfast that complimented the existence of traditional dishes that we used to have for breakfast when we grew up! Awesome grooming to Staff Presentation! Well done African Sun!

The service was ok , just need to improve on air conditioning in your rooms , you also need to upgrade your Television set

The hotel's restaurant exceeded my expectation! The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options and the dinner menu was equally impressive.The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our glasses were always full and our plates never empty

It was an amazing stay. I felt very comfortable. The food was very delicious and in varieties which allowed me to choose my favorites. I also enjoyed the view of Harare city from my room. the staff was very welcoming.

I like the location, the reception was very fast and the person was welcoming and explained everything clearly, there is space at reception , lifts are fast and secure from level 4, the room was clean and room service was perfect and marvelous

Our stay was not value for money Cockroaches in the room Poor service from front office to the restaurant. Iron provided had live wires sticking out - no Health and Safety awareness at the hotel No airconditioner working on our first night. Hotel staff were rude especially the cashier in the restaurant. Could not have a good cup of tea
