I like to commend Mr. Mohamad Rasoul and all his staff for the 5-star treatment to their customers. The hotel is one the old hotels in Amman situated in a very good and quiet and leafy area in Amman with few minutes away by taxi to center of city. Rooms are good size with balconies, Good comfortable bed. good shower and air condition. Old classic furniture but very solid hotel has garden sitting. Breakfast poor it can improve. I will be happy to stay here again I recommend.

Really good location in a less busy part of Amman but still within easy access of downtown. Fantastic friendly staff who will help you arrange day trips, airport transfers and recommend places to go in Amman. We were there during Ramadan so the hotel was not full. Personal breakfast was provided when there were not enough people to put on a buffet. Large room with a very big bed.

Before we booked I had concerns about the Hisham Hotel due to the reviews about noise. Unfortunately, these proved to be correct. We were placed on the fourth floor just below the roof top bar. For the two full nights we were there the bar held private parties. These gave a whole new meaning to the definition of dancing on the ceiling. To be fair to the hotel they did move us into rooms on lower floors however, there was still some residual noise. The parties may have finished at 1am but moving tables and chairs went on into the smal hours. If you book this hotel then ask for rooms below the 4th floor unless you are a guest of the roof top parties or stay down on Rainbox street until the small hours.

The main thing you need from a hotel is a good night's sleep...Good luck with that at the weekend in this hotel. I was on the 4th floor, yet the music from the bar was so loud it felt like it was outside my door. Same for the 5 other people I was travelling with. It was impossible to sleep. Plus the pillows were rock hard but that does seem to be a Jordan thing generally (apart from Kempinski hotels where the pillows and duvets are divine!). The water for my shower was tepid at best .... I assumed it was a problem with my room but turned out everyone I was with had the same problem. And breakfast was a dreadful offering. I know the hotel will say they're just a 3 ☆ and it is relatively inexpensive, BUT in any star hotel you are owed a hot shower, a decent night's sleep and, if they offer breakfast, something edible...otherwise what's the point? The only thing I can say as a positive is the staff on the front desk are very welcoming!

Despite friendly and welcoming staff, this hotel is in need of an overhaul. It describes itself as a boutique hotel, but the nightclub on the ground floor generates an incredibly intrusive noise throughout until midnight. In addition, the rooms are tired and wifi was difficult to access other than in the lobby.
