I accidentally booked this location...but I'm so glad I did. The room was fantastic, the desk clerks were friendly and helpful. This location was 10 minutes away from my intended location, but, going forward, I'll drive that extra 10 minutes for a superior experience. This is by far the best experience I've had at a Super 8.

This hotel is clean, staff members are very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle service provided free of charge is plus. I recommend anyone who travels through Houston Bush intercontinental airport to choose this hotel for great night stay.

Airline booked us here due to delayed flights. At 3 am, we were thankful for the quick, friendly check-in, clean room, a decent bed, and a shower. Even nicer is they have a late-night shuttle! No free breakfast, but there are options nearby, or we could shuttle back to the airport. Would I choose to vacation here for a week? No.

There were roaches in the bathroom and near the TV. The bed sheets had some stains and the cloth on the chairs was soiled. I was moved to the room next door and there were some dead roaches in the bathroom.

No end room coffee maker. No breakfast at all. The floor in the room was dirty. Very bare minimum for bath / hand soap. That means it was one piece of soap to use for both. One small full packet of liquid soap for body wash and shampoo.

The room was pretty comfortable but the bathroom was dirty when I got here. There were a few strange hairs around and a stain on the toilet seat that I cleaned myself.

This hotel is not worth a star. It was offered by an airline do to a flight cancellation. The room we stayed in was dirty and smelly. Not sure if the bathroom was cleaned. Fingerprint on the mirror, old towels, rusty/moldy tub.

On July 13, 2021 I made a reservation with this hotel and got a confirmation number and email. I kept receiving emails stating my stay was approaching so on July 31st my husband and I arrive around midnight after driving all afternoon for the lady at the desk to tell us they didn't have a reservation for me. I tried telling her I had confirmation and believed I had been charged. We were tired and ready for bed bc our flight left at 7 the next morning. We went from hotel to hotel looking for a room and another hotel said it was possible they canceled our room due to the junior Olympics being in town. We found a hotel for the night and flew out on our trip. We came back August 3 and I found they did charge my card so we stopped back by the hotel and the same lady was there. She said my card had been refunded on July 31st. I said so basically we had a room but didn't show up until midnight and yall gave our room to someone else and refunded my card and she said yes. If you book here be careful bc when you get there you might not have a room. She kept saying it was a computer glitch. The real truth came.out when she admitted the canceled my room amd gave me a redund.

I enjoyed my stay just wish the facility had a pool n jetted hot spa. I will return soon oh n i didnt have any problems with anything.

The decor in the room was quite unimaginative-- Laminate wood flooring-- no rugs or carpet-- A very simple chair to sit in a dresser/desk- Service was good as we got in very late and were taken care right away.
