Management was so rude I was threatened that I was going to be asked to leave because we were being to loud I tried to explain that it wasn’t us but we got the blame so I didn’t want to sleep in my car so I put my family to sleep but the complaining kept on I also heard the noise and called the front desk but was ignored it was the worst experience I’ve been through I didn’t get any rest because the manager told me if he got one more complaint we had to leave the premises I do not recommend this place to any family it is the worst feeling the person that threatened us didn’t even wan to give me his name

El cuarto no tenía shampoo ni acondicionador. Habían aun platos lavandose en el lavavajillas. El servicio de desayuno te empiezan a limitar desde 1 hora antes de que termine, según terminaba 9:30am y desde las 8:30am la señora ya no quiso poner más jugo de manzana, ni fruta (decía que la fruta estaba muy madura) de todas formas le exigimos la gruta la cual estaba madura pero en muy buen estado y totalmente comestible. La señora que apoya en el desayuno haciendo caras cada que le pedías cubiertos, platos, fruta, etc... Considero deben mejorar la atención de su personal y estar surtiendo el alimento en las horas que afirman hay desayuno

muy bien todo, muy limpio y muy atentos. No es el mas económico pero es muy bueno.

Todo muy limpio, buenas instalaciones me gusto la suite solo un detalle el sillón de la sala no es sofacama

Al momento de utilizar la cafetera se encontraba un residuo ya verde con moho dentro, aparentaba estar limpia. Los chicos de recepcion muy amables me la cambiaron por una limpia me gusto mucho el servicio

The staff very friendly & helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the shower heads and hot water were on point.

Room was clean but dated. Shower looks old and had paint coming off.

Booked the room for the 27 and was not able to check in but they still kept my money .
