Stayed here for 3 nights Did not have power for about 4 hours during the day, the loud generator had run out of fuel. The air conditioner didn’t work, I had to sleep with my window opened, more of the street noise in my room lol. The safe didn’t work, they tried to fix it a few times and gave up… the omelette is pretty much what you can have for breakfast. The rooms only have tea, no coffee or creamer. In the end I was simply numb about it all…and just ran my clock down till check out Oh lastly, don’t walk barefoot, the wooden floor has uneven tiles, some dangerously popped out. The staff were however very warm and very helpful. But need more training.

地方一兩晚還可以,特別是中途停留的。位置方便在博樂,離機場近,到一些餐館酒吧。免費機場班車24/7。早餐有但有限。房間還可以。他們很乾淨,但迫切需要裝修。在我的房間裏,地板上到處都是劃痕,顏色掉了,傢俱很舊,部分壞了,窗簾有洞,牀單和毛巾幾乎要散架了。不過,如果你沒有很高的期望和清潔對你更重要,就一晚還可以。我不喜歡的是,我訂了套房房間(從booking.com升級了天才),但到了以後給我的是標準間。前台接待沒有通知我,剛進房間就注意到了,問的時候他們告訴我房間沒有了,因爲有人新冠病毒,無法退房。然而,酒店有幾間套房(當我前一天晚上爲朋友檢查時,仍有套房可預訂)。所以好像他們只是不想給我升級房間...我到達前也問他們 檢查我到達當晚附近酒店應該發生的事件,但他們從來沒有這樣做。

真的很喜歡早餐,優質的食物味道豐富。我喜歡在那裏度過的時光

員工服務員等比較禮貌，見麪都會先問好，自助餐比較適合中國人，房間設施也比較好，在國外屬於性價比很高的酒店了，裏面還是中國插頭，推薦入住。

亞的斯華人酒店天花板，設施齊全，基本足不出戶就可滿足所有需要，房型看朝向和配置，設施較新，酒店全中餐，一樓二樓餐廳含包間，有中式spa，樓頂健身房可眺望亞的斯城景，旁邊有足球場可觀看現場比賽。

The staff is exceptional and pleasant and the hotel is very secure. Having 2 choices on site for dining was great! Also enjoyed having a place to just lounge around while having a drink and conversation with friends.

由樂於助人的接待人員歡迎。房間和牀很舒服,房間裏有很多熱水和茶具。如果你是一個淺睡者,請帶上耳塞,因爲當地狗在夜間會叫。早餐的食物種類繁多,煎蛋卷很棒。晚上用餐服務很慢,因爲工作人員不足,雖然我們進去吃飯時被告知。食物還可以,但不輝煌。我們沒有使用spa或健身房,但他們看起來不錯。總體來說,在亞的斯亞貝巴住的不錯,離機場很近。

Hello Hayat Regency Management, Overall, my experience was excellent, although I was unable to extend my stay and had to switch to a different hotel. Firstly, I'd like to commend the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general. The service provided, both at the restaurant and reception, was exceptional. Additionally, your internet service is among the best in town, which, as a Google Engineer, I can attest to. However, I must address an issue regarding the parking entry, which was quite challenging. Despite the availability of ample parking spaces, the entry point was poorly designed, making it difficult to maneuver in and out. I even sought assistance but unfortunately couldn't find any. I hope this issue can be addressed. Furthermore, there seems to be a communication gap regarding the parking, as those directing customers to the lot should clarify whether it's manageable for new arrivals. It was disappointing to be guided to the parking lot by someone representing Hayat Regency, only to find it inaccessible. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I hope it contributes to enhancing the overall experience for future guests.

接送機都方便，早餐豐盛，服務人員熱情，停車場方便，安全方面也不錯。早餐除了沒有正式中餐，不過誰出來是為了吃酒店早餐中的中餐的？確實可選擇的品種非常非常豐富，值得推薦！
