Very friendly staff.

Horrible hotel, terrible food, bathroom completely broken, the hotel room is full of cockroaches, and worst of all, everywhere you go in the hotel, the staff are asking for tips. The buffet dinner was cold with a terrible taste, and breakfast was even worse — the worst experience I’ve had in the last 10 years, and I’m constantly traveling for business.

I had the most pleasant experience staying at Azzeman. Location is ideal to walk to nearby restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff did an an amazing job in making us feel welcome and making sure we had everything we needed. I will most certainly stay at Azzeman on my next trip to Addis.
