The rooms were great. Plenty of space and everything you'd need for convenience. Since there isn't room cleaning until you leave you have to ask for towels if you are there more than one night and the front desk did not have an adequate supply. Breakfast comes with your stay but the hotel was not prepared. They ran out of everything or didn't have the basics. Waffle makers were off and not usable. They ran out of plates and used to-go containers and lids.

Saw a couple of bugs in our room no pop machines,linen did not smell fresh, we didn't get linens for the sofa bed the second day bathroom was small not much room to close the door, needed remodeling. There was a table with a lamp on it,in the bedroom that wobbled.We have stayed at this location a few times and it's never been this bad before.

The communication between the front desk agent and myself was very clear and very accommodating needed to come in a little early and she didn’t have to but she did and I was grateful. Room was clean no problems will for sure be back

We stayed at Hyatt house for 2 weeks. The breakfast was very impressive, the best one I had in a long time. The ladies who serve breakfast were great. They didn't provide housekeeping at all throughout our stay. I think they do it once a week and we had to request it. They picked up trash when I called. I got any supplies I needed (sopa, dishwasher detergent or dish soap) at the front desk. The second day we were there, our AC didn't work, so they gave us different room since there was no maintenance at the time. Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay.

When I checked in and signed up for the Hyatt rewards membership, I was told parking would be free. When I checked out, I was presented with a parking bill for my stay "Because you booked through **********".

Michael at the front desk made check in very easy. He was great to deal with during our visit. Hotel was great as always new management is doing a great job. Keep hiring people like Michael.

Great place to stay! Quiet and clean. Spacious and breakfast was awesome!
