Check In process was fine. The vending machines have issues, and nothing was posted. For example, one machine the credit card reader was broken, yet no notice was posted. The other vending machine only accepted $1, and again, nothing posted. The hot water barely worked, took a very long time to get warm. Reserved for 2 nights, and on the second day, my room keys were turned off and I had to see the front desk to get them working again. Overall, the experience could have been better.
