卡諾斯蒂阿育吠陀養生度假村(Carnoustie Beach Resort & Ayurveda Spa)

Çok memnun kaldım, bu ikinci gelişim bundan sonra her yıl gelmeyi planlıyorum. Mutfak mükemmel. Masajlar çok iyi. Yoga çok iyi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü, tedaviler oldukça otantik ayurvedic. Ayrıca deniz ve kum da çok dinlendirici.

J’ai adoré séjourner quelques jours à Carnoustie resort. Personnel très accueillant, souriant et aux petits soins. J’ai été chouchoutée. Merci au docteur pour sa douceur et sa bienveillance. Merci aux deux masseuses ( huiles chaudes ) coordination incroyable. Merci à Joseph pour son accueil chaleureux au restaurant. Et enfin mention spéciale au professeur de Yoga Anoop. Incroyable! Pédagogue, enseigne la philosophie yogi avec beaucoup d’humour. Merci beaucoup

Заехала в отель рано утром в 4 часа. Пришлось за ранний заезд заплатить полную стоимость суток с полным пакетом медицинских услуг и питания. Номер , в который меня заселили , был грязным , я отказалась заселяться в грязный номер . Менеджер пришел , посмотрел на чьи то волосы и грязь на полу , сказал , что цвет просто такой и вообще отель не новый , что я от них хочу . Самое удивительное , что он просто вышел из номера и исчез , больше не вернулся . Я бродила по территории отеля , не понимая , что делать дальше и кого искать , так как и мой багаж куда то делся. В итоге сижу уже 3 часа на ресепшен , не понимаю , номер в итоге мыть будут или нет . Мне за 3 часа никто ни воды не предложил , ни завтрака , ни влажной салфетки , просто ничего, как будто я пустое место, хотя я за эти сутки и конечно за 3-х разовое питание уже заплатила не маленькую сумму . Единственный человек , кто как то попытался чем то утешить , это была врач , предложила массаж сделать , я ей объяснила , что сутки в дороге и негде даже помыться , переодеться и не готова начинать такой день с массажа . Это не 5* ! Такого я не встречала даже в 3*. Я в Индии впервые и не думала , что все настолько печально.

I cannot recommend Carnoustie enough. The stay is beautiful! Serene with birds chirping all day round. The kind of calm that's hard to find in our busy lives. I’m a 27 year old entrepreneur with chronic pain and an anxious mind. I stayed at Carnoustie for 15 days all by myself. If only someone had warned me! This place starts feeling a lot like home after a couple of days, which makes it all the more difficult to say goodbye. Dr. Mobi is an extremely knowledgeable and learned Ayurvedic doctor who will genuinely listen to your physical and mental ailments and try her hardest to provide a solve. She is a welcoming, experienced, cultured & well informed Doctor. I felt very safe under her guidance. The Pranayam teacher is lovely! He got me to committed to Pranayam classes???? So much so, I began planning my days around these relaxing breathing sessions; a practice I have brought back home with me ☺️ The staff here is polite, happy, and keen eyed of its guests’ needs. The service is luxurious & personalised. By personalised I mean: curated menus & treatment schedules, a clean & silent private beach, car service into the city with attentive staff. The rooms are spacious, cleaned to the T daily & comfortable with a great wifi connection, air conditioning, heated showers, fresh bed linens & well equipped in-room tea/coffee corner. The single occupancy villa has it's own pool with stunning views and lush greenery. This two week long treatment has helped me more than doctors across the globe have. If you’re in pain of any kind, please consider giving Carnoustie and it’s treatment a shot ☺️ Surely making this an yearly ritual (if not half yearly) 🧘‍♀️

This was an amazing experience. Dr mobi was very intelligent and caring. The staff, specifically Vijin, Vishnu, and Ajay were incredible. Mr. Anoop was a great yoga and meditation instructor, with plenty of jokes to keep us engaged at 7am. The kitchen staff was great and accommodate my son’s peanut and tree nut allergy extremely well.

I spent a week at Carnoustie Wellness resort in Kerala for Rejuvanate Program and it exceeded my expectations. From the pick up at the airport i arrived at the hotel where the team was there to welcome us. Check in was a breeze i was escorted to my room/villa. The room was beautifully appointed clean spacious a big comfortable bed and the bathroom stunning with the white marble bath. The Wellness team was dedicated and always smiling all my treatments were spot on. The therapists excellent. After each treatments I felt rejuvenated relaxed. Deep feeling of wellbeing. Ayurvedique treatments at Carnoustie are all about body mind and soul…yoga and meditations were great. Special mention for the restaurant the food healthy tasty food was elaborated under the doctor’s recommendation. Joseph and his team from the restaurant made our meals a feast. I never felt so happy to have diet food😊. I had a great stay at this hotel their treatments are very good. Thank you to all the teams . Body mind and soul realignment 😌. I definitely recommend and will go back for a longer stay next time

Had a wonderful time at Carnousti in February, we were there for a week for a relaxed wellness visit. If you are looking for a luxurious ,relaxing and rejuvenating experience Carnousti does not disappoint. The property is well maintained and leads to the beach. Every member makes sure your time spent there is enjoyable and relaxing. Just to mention a few who went above and beyond in making sure we had a wonderful experience were Joseph food and beverage manager, Anup yoga & pranayam teacher,Dr Moby and the front desk manager who stayed up till we arrived at 1:00am as our flight was delayed a big thank you for making our visit so memorable. 🙏🏻

Carnoustie Overall I had a very nice stay for my panchakarma treatment. I was extremely pleased by my ayurvedic doctor who was Dr Moby. She is full of knowledge, wisdom, experience and was always taking care of me Dr.Moly for the Pranahealing is also amazing and helpful. I was also very well treated by the two Marmahealing doctors. The morning and afternoon yoga with Anoop was very good and pleasant, still continuing it… The restaurant with the kitchenchef Ashok and the restaurant chef Josef are omnipresent, very friendly, helpful and always taking care and asked me for extrawishes. All the other people in the restaurant where friendly and smiling. Now, I am missing the eggplant masala and Fish curry so much, but fortunately I got the recipes. Missing as well the smiles of the nice garden people…. Dislikes: The maintenance of the resort could have been better and some renovations should be done. The cleanliness of the bedding and the bathroom could be improved. I would prefer that the Ayurvedic Idea will be alive all over, for example ayurvedic soap and Shampoo, ayurvedic hot water to drink served in the Spa. I was missing a little bit an „Ayurvedic soul“ in the entire resort,

This was my first experience at a wellness and Ayurveda resort and I must say I’m addicted. I have a stressful job that has impacted my sleep, lifestyle and even my relationships. After spending only 6 day, I was able to slow down, focus on my wellness and what is really important without compromising other aspects of life. I also became an avid yoga practitioner while before now I was never really committed. Special thank you to the amazing, warm and caring Dr. Mobi and her amazing team for the Ayurvedic treatment and arranging the yoga and pranayama sessions. Also a big thank you to the wonderful restaurant staff including but not limited to Joseph, Rubin and the rest of the group who went above and beyond to make our time there extra special. Additionally, Jay at reception was always thoughtful and anticipating our needs and ensuring top service at all times. Thank you all for making this short period such a memorable one 🙏😊
