湖濱莊園酒店(Hotel Quinta do Lago)

I booked an accessible room for my husband 60th birthday ( I’m the disabled one). I emailed the hotel ahead at the end of March. At 22.30 we are still sitting in bar area awaiting an accessible room. It is the 19 th of May and the only accessible room is booked out to another person on May 23rd. We have been told we are unable to have an accessible room even though it is available for the next 4 days. I have motor neurone disease and I’m unable to get up off an ordinary toilet seat, I need a walk in shower and to be able to manoeuvre my wheelchair around the bathroom. The manager , apparently on his way back from Lisbon , has told the receptionist not to put us in the accessible room!! He wants us to take a non accessible room. Not happy. Happy 60 th birthday to my husband!!!!! Not what you expect from a 5* hotel

Really lovely hotel, excellent service at every level, overall a fabulous place to stay. We had 4 nights at the end of February, everything about the hotel was very well run, professional, civilised and peaceful. Great food at breakfast & dinner, lovely salads and fresh fish. Bedrooms clean neat tidy and everything you needed, comfy bed, good shower & WiFi. The location is good as it's one of the last buildings before you reach the coast so scenic views over the dunes to the sea, which is quite unusual for anywhere on the Quinta do Lago estate. Absolutely recommended.

He tenido la suerte y placer de disfrutar unos días este maravilloso hotel, su servicio y sus personas. Puedo decir que se lo recomendaría totalmente a cualquier persona que desee disfrutar de una experiencia de lujo, calma, comida deliciosa y la mejor cama del mundo.

Super comfortable bed and good air conditioning and very friendly staff , food in the bar is super fresh and served hot.The cocktail evening is very nice as it’s very nice to meet all the staff and guests . Lovely fresh fish served in the main dining room in the evening. The breakfast is extremely good too

Schitterend hotel met alle nodige faciliteiten. Zeer goed restaurant Bovenal super vriendelijk personeel. Snelle toegang tot wandelroutes zijn een troef. Een klein nadeel zijn de opstijgende vliegtuigen. Quinta do lago is en blijft een toplocatie.

Tivemos um fim de semana muito agradável. Já tinha estado no Algarve em 3 ocasiões e este foi , sem dúvida, o hotel de minha preferência.voltaremos com certeza. Café da manhã excepcional, localização ímpar e gentileza de todos os funcionários são os destaques. Parabéns

Tout était parfait hormis les passages d’avions très fréquents …. Nous n’avions pas imaginé cela étant à 25 min de l’aéroport . Pour le reste personnel extrêmement attentionné et gentil. Repas excellents . Qualité -prix un peu excessif .

Très bel hotel. Décoration un peu "old style" une note plus moderne serait la bienvenue. Salle de restaurant très agréable, avec grande terrase et vue magnifique, permet de diner en plein air, personnel du restaurant très attentionné, une très bonne cuisine, les plats sont raffinés. Chambre très agréable, avec vue sur le jardin et au loin la mer, avec une grande terrasse. Petite faiblesse: la salle de gym est petite, frigorifiée, on aimerait davantage d'espace pour faire du sport, ce n'est pas la place qui manque !!! Grand espace privé sur la plage, avec fauteuils et serviettes de plage, et un personnel de plage très attentionné. Suggestion : un espace dinatoire pour les enfants, avec du personnel approprié, de façon à ne pas avoir les cris de certains enfants capricieux dans les oreilles. Tout le monde à droit à passer des vacances calmes et malheureusement certains parents sont totalement dépassés par le comportement de leurs enfants.
