My room was big enough however I had a used doche in the bathroom drawer! Then underneath the bed it was a old spray bottle! I told the front desk of all of my concerns and nothing they ask me why I didn’t tell somebody the night before I found all of this Saturday morning and as soon as I seen it I went to let them know

Feb visit, husband had to unclog shower drain, matted hair.
Management would not make any compensation because we booked on *******. April visit, room not cleaned after first night. Management told us we had to ASK for this ,but we were not told this at check-in. So I am paying the same amount as someone who asks for daily room cleaning ? finally, elevator carpet dirty both visits.

All of the staff members were exceptionally helpful & courteous, the room was clean & despite it being quite close to the interstate we heard no traffic noise.

When I went to get in bed at 12am I noticed there was a damp spot located right about where my butt was. I was the only person in the room and I was not wet, and the ceiling was not leaking. I'm pretty sure the guest before me wet the bed and the mattress wasn't changed. That's disgusting.

Trip was great except for the young lady that was the assistant manager on Saturday night. My key stopped working and she was incredibly rude and put out that I needed assistance. Completely unacceptable trea**ent of a guest.
