桑尼斯酒店(Hotel Sunnys)

Very bad service, lack of customer service, not hygiene at all, had to experience the worst stay ever.

Through Trivago to make my trip. Food is available from bang opposite Restaurant -Iftar. Metro station is in front for travel till Kochi

Stayed for two nights. Nice staff, neat and clean room. Next to aluva metro station, from you can reach any where in the city. Highly recommended.

Located near aluva metro station, you have easy access to the metro, railway station, bus stops, and private cabs. Hotels are available at reasonable prices. This hotel does not provide bottled water in rooms, they have kept a water can near reception, and you can take water in your own bottle. As xmas is coming up they have placed some items for sale. Tv does not work. The bathroom is neat but sometimes a bad smell arise. Hotel do not have restaurant service, have to eat from outside shops.

Experience is not bad, it's average, good for transit stay with family also, but property must have to change the lift

3. Near to aluva metro station, lift doesn't work, you have to climb many stairs. Didn't like staff attitude and service.

The only advantage is the location of the hotel. It is just near to aluva metro station. Room service is bad. Had no towels, soaps and other amenities. Good for just short stay, like airport visits or any examination purpose.

Room is average and toilet condition is so poor and not good for that money

I was fully tired & about to sleep. Once i saw the room. Fully mosquitos & windows r opened. Fan sound was horrible.
