松樹林希爾頓逸林高爾夫水療度假村(Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort)

We stayed at Forest Pines, Brigg for a family party weekend. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff ALL of whom were professional always cheerful and smiling. A few of our party would have had difficulty using a shower over the bath, Not a problem the rooms were changed withing minutes even their luggage was collected and placed in the new rooms for them. It really was the perfect weekend

Decent sized rooms, fridge and water provided was a plus in the hot weather. Pity no air con and drinks were expensive. Stag were very helpful and pleasant.

When we arrived we were advised that the hotel was extremely busy by the reception team & our ground floor room placement was not available. It would have been nice to know this beforehand, but we made it work. Upon entering the room we found the previous occupants underwear still in one of the draws. I let reception know & also advised them we needed more than 1 bath towel for 3 occupants. Someone was sent up to our room half an hour later with more towels but no comment was made about the underwear in the draw. We opted to just ignore the draw and the contents during our stay… I wonder if the next occupant of 118 will find them too? There is no soundproofing between the rooms or the corridors. Both Friday & especially Saturday night we were kept up late by the constant banging of heavy room doors & people knocking on other guests room doors. On Friday night at 11pm the room next to us had an alarm start going off. No one was in the room at that time & so we had to ring reception to resolve it. On Saturday night a group booking was placed in the rooms opposite us & they were clearly having a party between multiple rooms. Shouting, screaming & music accompanied by the constant knocking from other members of the group to enter the room of have a loud conversation in the hallway. The leisure facilities are not child friendly. The men’s changing room had nowhere private to change a child & no place to avoid a child getting an eye full of multiple men’s groins.

Overall a lovely hotel, rooms were a bit dated, bed was very lumpy and extremely uncomfortable.

Overall comfortable and large enough room. Could be a little cleaner in some areas like bathroom glass shelves ( visible dust ) and inside the refrigerator ( brown water stains inside ). Staff at reception was friendly and welcoming.

Comfortable hotel, great gym, spa and golf. The staff were so accomodating, kind and helpful.

Staff were excellent, best service we’ve seen in a long time, hotel was great in general but bedrooms and bathroom were little dated and tired.

Really enjoyable stay. Staff very friendly. My wife is pregnant and requested another pillow which arrived within minutes. Spa was brilliant and the food in the restaurant and lounge was delicious.
