This hotel improved a lot, especially the room cleanest , breakfast and front reception. Thank you. We visited our daughter every month or two. Glad we made our choices.

The worst accommodation experience, the corridor outside the room and the room next door were noisy at 2 o'clock in the morning, and it was useless to respond to the counter.

The hotel was very nice, clean and spacious. It had a working hot tub and pool. Breakfast was very tasty and they had a wide assortment of food including eggs, waffles, cereal, etc. Check-in and check-out were fairly simple and quick. If I have One complaint it's that the pool area never was stocked with towels and I always had to ask the front desk to bring in fresh towels. As well, getting fresh towels for my room wasn't always easy. Also, pillows too soft. We had to ask multiple times for new room towels. Would recommend for anyone traveling to the Buffalo area.

I would love to have given this hotel a great rating, however, I simply can’t. I can most appreciate that the hotel is new but the cleaning service was far from acceptable. We were given 2 sets of towels to begin with. We requested another set of towels the next day but never received them. We had to use our bath towels to wash our face. We called for towels and were told we would get them but after 4 hours I had to go downstairs to request them. I still didn’t receive them at that time. We were told because the hotel was at capacity they didn’t have enough towels. Each day was a struggle to get new towels and the trash emptied. We sat the trash cans out and when they were finally emptied, only one side was emptied. There was also a lot of purple hair left on the side that was emptied which let me know the hair was already in the trash can and we didn’t see it because it was located under the desk. I reported this when I had to go downstairs to follow up on towels. The one day I requested the room to be cleaned, it never was. The woman that cleaned rooms clearly didn’t like her job. Each morning she came through rooms, very early, and opened each door loudly by allowing them to slam up against the door latch, which kept doors propped. If this hotel had better cleaning staff, it would be much better.

I like the people working on the Breakfast are What I did not was ,I found the place poorly maintained The elevator rug was with the same dirt all 3 days ,the ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floor didn't work, the faucet on the shower leak one drop every second none stop finding a rep at the main desk was difficult even dialing 0, no the best hotel we ever stay at

Things didn't start off well: We checked in and they sent us to dirty rooms. We had to go back down and get new ones. Not my favorite after a long day of travel. It took a few minutes for the stoner working in the back to put his joint out and come to the front to set us up with a new room. He thought it was quite funny. From there on, the experience was just mediocre. Everything was basic, nothing exceptional. 2.5-3 stars all the way around.

Did not like the fact that my key did not work,then went down to get another one.It did not work,after almost an hour with no communication from staff we finally got in,no refunds were offered.Terrible service,will not stay again,was planning to but won't.

My child was injured on a broken railing an because I complained I was charged a $250 cleaning fee because my room needed to be vaccumed
