Safe Haven Church Amsterdam附近的阿姆斯特丹酒店

Check in was relatively easy, staff were friendly but seemed to be a little over stretched at times. Waiting for long periods at the hotel bar as the receptionist was also covering the bar so during busy check in periods meant it was difficult to get food/drink. Facilities were OK - had to ask for a iron for the room. Rooms were comfy and a good size. However I was not provided with normal sized towels for the first night, had to make do with hand towels. My bed was not made on the second day but normal sized towels dropped off. Shower was fine, good temp. Breakfast was good - standard continental for 3 star. Check out quick and easy.

位置距離市區有點遠，四周附近只有麥當勞，但勝在酒店新，房內開燈開窗簾都是電子化，但是手機連接電視播放影片，就比較困難，酒店設定得較煩複。 酒店早餐尚可，款式不算多，每天款式一樣，就是芝士火腿配麵包、蛋腸煙肉蕃茄生果，牛角包跟肉桂卷好食！

阿姆斯特丹市中心D五星酒店偏貴，這酒店既係IHG旗下嘅品牌，又係叫4/5星，距離地鐵站只有5分鐘走路，附近有個小商場，算係唔錯嘅選擇。每晚大概180歐左右，用左40000分換一晚。 為spire 會員，房間提升一等到 executive king 房間帶一點工業風，帶一點綠主題，但我搞唔清楚...天花板有一角落冇左石屎...加上 牆上有生秀漏水痕跡....係設計定係真係一問題... 酒店員工很好，對於IHG會員認試好..係退房明明我係用分換，佢話我要比市税....之後佢去問經理先搞掂.

酒店是偉大的價格你付出。房間很小(幾乎沒有足夠的空間打開行李箱),雖然位置便利,旁邊的地鐵站是無處可尋,但再次,你得到你所付出的一切,大堂,健身房和公共區域設計良好,維護良好。如果你不介意一個15/20min地鐵去阿姆斯特丹中心,你不會介意這裏我給酒店2星,因爲我退房那天不小心把蘋果Airpod耳機留在大堂區參觀阿姆斯特丹另一家酒店,雖然那天晚上我打電話給萊昂納多酒店,問他們是否被交還,但我被告知他們沒有。第二天早上,我去了酒店,被告知同樣的事情,沒有耳機,但他們要求我的名字和以前的房間號碼,所以如果他們出現,他們可以聯繫我。幸運的是,我能夠讓我丟失的AirPods發出聲音(發現當你丟失設備時可以激活的手機功能),我可以聽到他們在前台後面的聲,所以我告訴前台接待員我知道他們在桌子後面,她最終把它們交給我。我堅信酒店工作人員試圖保留我放錯地方的AirPods耳機,如果我無法從AirPods中發出聲音,他們就會把它們裝進口袋裏

最差的經驗在第一天, 已預計要比City tax, 用信用卡contactless, 試了三次也要求我入pin, 但信用卡當然沒pin啦. 前台職員問了旁邊的Senior職員, 那個女職員只說一句: 「你一定有pin的, 如果你不入pin, 我就不會給你房間」完全沒有禮貌, 沒有應有的服務態度. 沒有叫客戶想用其他方法繳付. 最後我自己想出用信用卡的晶片方法繳付, 沒有要求入pin, 成功繳付。那個女的也沒有出聲就走了。 Pros: - 酒店外表時髦新穎 - 免費桑拿足浴 100分 Cons: - 相比市中心, 位置稍為遙遠, Metro station 行五至10分鐘, 有行李會比較辛苦 - 床辱太軟 - 床單三天也沒有更換 - 桑拿足浴的地方 地下太slippery 很危險

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen in einem ehemaligen Arbeiterviertel mit vielen spannenden Haus Ansichten. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die MitarbeiterInnen freundlich. Die Betten schmal aber gut. Anbindung an Metro und Tram vorzüglich.

對於一對夫婦來說,這是一個很棒的基地,喜歡一點變化,很容易到達地鐵。它很舒服,乾淨,管理得很好,非常迷人。早餐籃也是開始一天的好方法。

As we arrived the pleasant receptionist set the tone. Our flight was delayed and we were hungry so we saw their restaurant closed in 15 mins. Shall we go? “No please walk 15mins to this other place”. OK. We did and it was closed. We returned a fruitless hour later to find same hopeless staff member in their little shop selling sandwiches. My wife was ready to explode but it calmed down. Within 15 mins of arrival I was told No more times than in our 3 week trip in total No milk for tea or coffee. Room clean enough. Hopeless air con. We are Accor Diamond and noticed almost no benefits apart from 5 cans of pop free a day. No breakfast/gift or other things that you get elsewhere. A trip back in time when Accor were clueless about brand loyalty. In Australia/Oceania now they are very switched on My loyalty to them caused the problem here. The truth is that unless you spend big money on the Sofitel Accor has no decent mid range hotels in Amsterdam and it’s worth noting. Going to another brand should be remembered in certain cities especially in Europe which is odd as they are a European company. A badly managed hotel. That’s where the problem is. Lazy or incompetent. I know the signs.

I had an amazing stay at the Bee Hostel. Everything was clean, comfortable and inviting. The staff were all very accommodating, kind and helpful! Getting around Amsterdam was easy with the Metro being close by. There were grocery stores and restaurants all over too. The only thing that was inconvenient was that there were no laundry services on site. But I knew this going in and the staff provided me with a list of places I could go for laundry services. Would 100% recommend the Bee Hostel to any travelers, whether solo or with friends.
