I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renex Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. Conveniently located just 12 minutes from the airport, this brand-new hotel boasts with modern building. One of the highlights of my stay was the Turkish hamam, which provided a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable; everything felt fresh and spotless. Additionally, the breakfast offered was of high quality, with a diverse selection of delicious and fresh options to start the day right. Overall, my experience at Renex Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, stylish hotel. The staff was friendly, the food was excellent and everywhere was clean and fresh. Our room was pleasant, quiet and well-equipped. It is a short journey from the airport and very accessible for exploring the area. It offers free, underground parking and excellent value for money. The breakfast was exceptional.

位置很棒,步行7分鐘即可到達馬克購物中心,15分鐘即可到達老城區。傢俱是新的,設計精美,非常現代。不是5星級的服務,應該幫助搬運行李的工作人員並不總是在場。每次離開酒店時,房卡都不行,而且要在前台收取費用。清潔女工沒有適當打掃房間,沒有適當地提供免費住宿,每天都有東西丟失,有時毛巾,有時肥皂,每天3個成人的一張廁紙是不夠的,我們從超市買的!!!!房間地板很髒,廁所打掃不妥。免費套件是爲兩個不是3提供的,我們有豪華的房間,額外的收費,仍然爲兩個人提供一切,而不是3,我們從第一天開始就抱怨過這一點,因爲我們到達後每天都沒有任何變化!早餐10點半結束,非常好,酒店的接待員很有禮貌,樂於助人,尤其是塞倫和凱倫。酒店本身很棒,我很想再住在這裏,但是清潔問題對我來說是一件大事,清潔的水平必須升級,他們潮水牀但忘記打掃地板!!!!!!!!!瘋狂。

房間很舒適,提供最需要的。乾淨。機場附近非常理想的位置。不利之處是:隔音(在街上,一切都好,沒有聽到汽車等,但鄰居聽到好)和一個模糊的處境與雷斯普什納員工,他自己叫了我們出租車,等着他比承諾5分鐘的時間更長,然後,出租車司機和這個年輕人進行了一段時間的溝通,之後他試圖開車不是計時器,而是一些無法展示的收費。公寓完全符合旅客的要求,他們需要在機場附近過夜,甚至更多,但從出租車事件中,工作人員的參與仍然存在。

Nice room and buffet breakfast but the location may not be that convenient. Staff at reception is also not that responsive.

🧔🏻♂️熱情且真誠：老闆大叔從小在安塔利亞長大，對城市的每一條道路瞭如指掌。會先問我們對什麼樣的地方感興趣，再打開地圖詳細地幫忙規劃，P人狂喜，J人稱讚。看我們喜歡土耳其茶，還認真地介紹起製作過程和訣竅。 🍹便利且安靜：老城酒吧比較多，載歌載舞到零點才會重回平靜。酒店雖然位於老城娛樂區，但坐落在一個小巷子裏，加上有四層隔音玻璃，真正做到鬧中取靜。 🫕好吃且好喝：酒店提供傳統土耳其早餐，比很多大酒店做的都好吃（沒有那麼鹹）。他們的新鮮檸檬汁也很好喝，會作為歡迎飲料免費提供。

The location is fantastic, and it’s not noisy from the street. The staff is very helpful and always on call. My economy room was small but included good size bed, wardrobe, mini fridge with 3 free bottles of non alcoholic drinks as a welcome gesture, powerful aircon and a kettle. The downsides: the walls are so thing you can hear all the other lodgers. I’ve heard the conversations of the people upstairs like they were in same room. Every time they walked up there or turned on the bed, the ceiling was squeaking . Earplugs didn’t help. The other issue was the shower cabin. It was badly stained with mould on the corners. Hopefully the hotel staff might be sorted with the bleach. Also the hairdryer didn’t work and was dusty

Throughout our two-night stay, we were able to strike a perfect balance between relaxation at the hotel and exploration of the enchanting city of Antalya. The hotel's prime location made it convenient for us to immerse ourselves in the magical atmosphere of a local festival, adding an extra layer of joy to our trip. What truly stood out was the hotel's flexibility and generosity. When we decided to extend our stay by an extra night, they graciously allowed us to do so in the same upgraded room, without any additional charges. This gesture not only showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction but also made our experience even more memorable. Old Town Point Hotel Spa is not just a place to stay; it's a destination that understands and caters to the needs of its guests, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya and seeking a delightful blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. Note that the images are from our second night there. 最驚喜的就是早餐和地理位置（直接到海邊、離哈德良門也很近）。 為了這裏的早餐（極度豐富又好吃，國內住過很多IHG和洲際，被這裏的早餐豐富程度震驚😱）和泳池、大海，強烈推薦住2天。房間也很大（對比伊斯坦堡）、房間很現代（對比卡帕洞穴酒店）。 雖然這個酒店裝修看上去比較老了（可能-10分），但早餐和大海可以加50分 哈哈哈哈！ 很推薦住2晚的安排（1晚待不夠），可以吃完早餐後去游泳曬太陽，回房間休息後走路去哈德良門逛逛，第二天早上繼續早餐再退房。強烈推薦～

酒店房間挺大的，樓下有幾家咖啡餐廳挺不錯，也方便。就是泳池和早餐是和Akra酒店是共用的，所以要走步行天橋過馬路到Akra酒店。酒店衞生好，服務不錯。但是酒店泳池這個季節遊客太多了，基本上找不到位置躺下。
