Renovated in 2020, very cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom, on 2 levels. Kitchenette (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave). Bath/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.05. Small balcony 3 m2. Balcony furniture.
