Nice place and staff

Muy buen hotel, limpio, bonito y el personal muy amable. Buena variedad en el desayuno.

room service was offered only every other day. Room was not very clean, and there were very few sundries...no body lotion...tissues ran out first day....had to go to lobby to get more. not enough cups provided for coffee or bathroom mouth rinsing. the walls were so thin, I heard a couple arrive at 2am...could hear every word they said next door.

The tub would not drain right and the air conditioning/ heat unit did a poor job controlling the temp in the room

Very clean, comfortable and incredibly helpful staff. First time in a long time I feel free to say that! Sometimes I feel customer service is a lost art. Actually friendly folks, clean rooms, good breakfast - well worth the price.

Kaitlyn was amazing. She went above and beyond to do what she had the ability to do my stay was not what I expected at all. There was no Wi-Fi connection for me and I missed a total day of work. I decided to take an I decided to take a nice shower only to realize there were no non-skid no slip materials anywhere in the bathroom, and I proceeded to fall all over the bathroom. Luckily, there is a bar attached to the shower that kept me from killing myself. I decided to take a shower and realized there were no non-slip materials, and I slipped all over the bathroom. Also the television in my room did not work so I did not enjoy my stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast variety was outstanding. Our first stay at a Fairfield Inn. Will definitely stay at others.

Construction on all sides of property. Not a deal breaker. Great breakfast, all staff super friendly. Will stay again

New hotel and very clean. King room was comfortable. The pillows were nice. The shower was roomy. Overall, a great place to stay if you need to be in Arkadelphia.
