雪松公園希爾頓花園酒店雖然離市中心有20多分鐘車程，但停車免費，酒店設施新，還有泳池，體驗感好。晚餐不貴，份量也足。

我和我的男朋友想為他的妹妹做一些好事，因為她剛剛讀完中學，我們去了滑鐵盧探險，想住在附近的某個地方。這個地方是最好的選擇。 強烈推薦

AMAZING hotel!! All staff very friendly and helpful, Big thank you to GM Ashley S. for making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was included in our stay and an amazing clean pool! 10/10 Recommend I will be back :)

I had the best time at this property. The supervisor and restaurant/bar management was so kind and attentive. I truly enjoyed my time here and will come back any and every opportunity I'm able to. The staff and management go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience. I would recommend Hilton Garden Inn in Cedar Park always :)

We decided to stay here for our last night of a three night stay in Austin. We watched the solar eclipse from their pool area. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good. The pool area was clean and nice for a small hotel. The room was very clean and huge. They had a really nice gym too.

What an awesome property and staff! This place is clean and comfortable and every one of the staff were welcoming and helpful. I’ve stayed at a lot of places but this is definitely the most welcoming and clean place I’ve ever stayed.

Nice, clean, quiet rooms. Fancy lobby. Bathrooms are smaller than other hotels and when you sit on the toilet, you have to squeeze your leg underneath the toilet paper roll. Sliding bathroom door was stuck and wouldn't close. Wasn't greeted by front desk agent upon arrival or departure. When did Hilton quit offering complimentary continental breakfast?

The older blond woman at the check in desk on Thursday October 12th at 9pm was insanely rude. She has no business working with the public. The room also was kind of questionable. One of the towels had really gross stains on it and the fan in the bathroom was REALLY dirty and looked like it was going to drip filthy water on your head. It was quiet enough that we could sleep, the bed was comfortable, and the young man at the front desk on Friday and Saturday morning was very nice, but I really just wanted to get out of there. We planned this trip for weeks, we were very excited, and the front desk attendant really ruined the excitement as soon as we got there. What a shame.

Stephania greeted us upon arrival. She was extremely pleasant, helpful and her customer service was on point! She answered all my questions with ease. Her welcome text was nice to receive. Hilton! Don’t loose this lady. She makes your company look good. Karen was our bartender and we loved her! What a great personality to have behind your bar! Daniela was our breakfast server. Supper friendly and always had a smile on her face. We live local and our AC went out. So thank you Hilton and staff for a great stay. We will be recommending others in Cedar Park!

This is not the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel, it’s the second, but it will not be my last, and here's why. The quality at this hotel is spectacular. There’s nothing they haven’t thought of in the way of luxury and comfort. From the slow-close (no-bang) toilet seat, to the solar screen shade that allows a view while maintaining the guests’ privacy and keeps out the solar heat, to the high-tech gym, the comfy mattress, pillows and sheets, and so much more. I’m a clean freak, a safety freak, a research freak, and I like to save money if I can, so before I came to Austin the first time I took to the computer to find a clean, safe hotel with reasonable prices. This hotel wins on all counts! I give it a 10 in all those categories. As for the service and staff – wow! Both times they made me feel like royalty. I don’t know the name of everyone who helped me, but I did get to know Sandra, Kristo and Steph, all of whom were always going out of their way for me. If they could make something happen for me, they did! To sum it all up, I can’t wait to return in a few months! Oh and here’s a little hint: the flatbread pizzas at the restaurant are yummy! Maybe on my next stay I'll do a review and post a photo.

Our family greatly appreciated the over and above customer service and support from Zeplyn at the front desk. She deserves a pay raise. We travel all over the world and have different experiences. But she is a winner in our book.

We had a wonderful stay! Front desk was hospitable and friendly! I received text messages during our stay to ensure we were doing well. Our room was very clean and spacious. Only issue we had was our room was very stuffy and humid. We adjusted the temperature to try to battle it, but it didn't help. Please note that we did NOT report t to the front desk because it was really late and traveling with small children didn't give us time to change rooms as we needed them to get to sleep. Overall, our stay was enjoyable!

The hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially Nicole at the Front Desk. She was able to get me an early check in and made sure I had everything I needed for my trip! Nicole also made sure that I didn’t have an issue with my multiple reservations and gave me service with a smile. It’s much appreciated! Love y’all!
