I made this reservation for my son (and his cat) due to an emergency very late (around 10:00 pm even though check in is until 3:00 on the same day). He WAS NOT allowed to check in and STAY at the hotel even though his name was on the reservation, even though I paid it, and even though he used the same credit card. He was asked to pay for his cat (again). He was left in the parking lot of the hotel 1:30am in the morning, with a health issue, in a city he did not know. He had to drive longer with his deteriorating health 2am in the morning to find himself a place to stay. This was lowest point for any hotel can reach. And when I requested a refund, hotel people came up with a different story every timeI all of which I proved them wrong with evidence (My son’s name on the reservation, last 4 digit of credit card he used, etc.). I have not received a refund, I paid for a service that I did not receive without any logical explanation. Stay away from that hotel.
