Big shout out to all the wonderful staff who couldn't have been nicer and made our week break in the lovely October sunshine one to remember for years to come. We will definitely return to this hotel for years to come. Μείναμε δύο φορές στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό τον μήνα. Την πρώτη φορά με τον σύζυγο μου και ήμασταν στην adults only πτέρυγα και την δεύτερη φορά τώρα 3 μέρες μαζί με τα μωρά μας. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε πολύ καλή περιοχή το δωμάτιο μας ήταν superior και ήταν καινούριο καθαρό και ευρυχωρο. Οι πισίνες είναι μεγάλες, πολύ βολικές για κάποιον που έχει μικρά μωρά και ακριβώς δίπλα βρίσκεται και η παραλία του ξενοδοχείου. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα για εμένα είναι ότι κάποιες ώρες δεν μπορούσαμε να βρούμε parking ειδικά αν επιστρέφαμε αργά το βράδυ. Κατά τα άλλα το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε!

Μεγάλο δωμάτιο με ωραία θέα αλλά όχι και τόσο καθαρό! Πάνω στην τηλεόραση σκόνες στο καφέ παρκέ στις γωνίες σκόνες και όλοι οι διάδρομοι του ορόφου γεμάτο μικρά σκουπιδακια! Το μπουφέ τους μεγάλο με πολύ ποικιλία αλλά τα ζεστά ήταν από χλυαρα μέχρι παγωμένα! Η πισίνα μεγάλη αλλά με λίγα κρεβατάκι όπως και ο χορός με τα κραβατακια του ξενοδοχείου στην παραλία δύσκολα έβρισκες αφού τα περισσότερα ήταν κρατημένα από κόσμο που δεν έμεναν στο ξενοδοχειο ! Καθυστέρησαν να μας κάνουν check in και όταν ζητήσαμε να κάνουμε late check out η απάντηση τους ήταν δυστυχώς δεν μπορούμε να σας εξυπηρετήσουμε αν και ξέρουμε ότι σας καθυστέρησα με στο check in!! Νομίζω έχουμε χάσει την έννοια του πενταστερου ξενοδοχειου!

English: The service was excellent. The service was always very quick and absolutely attentive. You never had to wait for your coffee at breakfast. Unfortunately, we have often experienced this at other hotels. Attention was also paid to little things throughout the hotel. Every day there was fruit and a cold, moist towel at the pool. The staff were all very friendly. From the chambermaids to the management. The hotel was super clean. We had half board. The breakfast was very, very good and very plentiful. You could also swap dinner for lunch. Both were excellent. The management was always available. If anyone had a problem it was dealt with immediately. The resort as a whole is very well maintained. It is cleaned daily. From the sand on the jetty to the sea to the gardens. We will definitely be back. German: Der Service war exzellent. Der Service war immer sehr schnell und absolut aufmerksam. Man musste nie auf seinen Kaffee beim Frühstück warten. Das kennen wir aus anderen Hotels leider des Öfteren. Es wurde auch auf Kleinigkeiten im gesamten Hotel geachtet. Täglich gab es am Pool als Aufmerksamkeit Obst und ein kaltes, feuchtes Tuch. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Angefangen von Zimmermädchen bis hin zum Management. Das Hotel war super sauber. Wir hatten Halbpension. Das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut und sehr üppig. Das Abendessen konnte man auch gegen ein Mittagessen tauschen. Beides war hervorragend. Das Management war jederzeit ansprechbar. Sollte jemand ein Problem gehabt haben wo das umgehend abgestellt. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Sie wird täglich gereinigt. Angefangen vom Sand, der auf dem Steg zum Meer liegt bis hin zur Gartenanlage. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder.

Εκπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο. Το προγευμα και το δείπνο 10+. Πολυ καθαρό. Το κυριότερο και αυτο που μας τράβηξε πολύ, οι υπάλληλοι ηταν ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟΙ, δεν έχω λογια. Πήγαμε παντου στο ξενοδοχείο σε όλα, καφετερια, εστιατορια, το βραδυ για ποτο και ναργιλε, ειλικρινά τα παιδια που εργάζονταν ηταν απίθανα, ευγενικοί με χαμόγελο και όρεξη. Εννοείται θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανα.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were swept off our feet by the outstanding service, beautiful surroundings. The staff, especially the bar team both inside the hotel and at the outdoor pool bar, were not only professional but also genuinely friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable. A special shout-out goes to Sotos at the pool bar. He was always smiling and more than happy to assist with anything we needed. Not only was his service impeccable, but he also had a unique treat up his sleeve - his own signature cocktail. It’s a must-try for anyone visiting the bar. Thank you

好:漂亮的現代酒店,美味的食物,乾淨的房間 不好:室外游泳池和私人豪華遊泳池沒有加熱和無法使用,我認爲室內溫泉池很冷(但可以使用),每個房間都有咖啡機,但咖啡膠囊的費用,豪華部分海景房沒有實際直接海景(只在陽台)。 總體不錯,但可以改進,除非他們降低價格或解決問題,否則我不會再來。

Από που να αρχίσω. Το καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο στη Αγία Νάπα με διαφορά πλήρως ανακαινισμένο με ολοκάθαρα δωμάτια και εξαιρετικό φαγητό. Το προσωπικό είναι ότι καλύτερο υπάρχει - πλήρης και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση σ´όλους τους τομείς με την κυρία Άντρη να είναι σε άλλο level. Το ξενοδοχείο το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Καταπληκτική θέα και τόπος αφού δεν χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο. Είναι και θα είναι για πάντα η μόνιμη επιλογή μας. Ευχαριστούμε για την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Η επίσκεψη στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν οικογενειακή με 2 παιδιά.

My wife and I stayed at Amanti during mid october to celebrate our honeymoon and we had an unforgettable experience. The staff promptly welcomed us on arrival and from airport pickup to room check in the process was seamless. Delicious welcome drinks were provided while we waited which is always a nice touch. The reception discussed our half board plan and we were given our room information. It was late at night on our arrival and we had missed dinner so we were given a voucher for a meal credit. We were not given a tour of the property, although this was most likely because it was after 10pm and dark so no complaints there. Upon arrival to our room we were pleasantly surprised with a VIP ******* upgrade that gave us an ocean view. We were also left a lovely surprise of love dove shaped towels, rose petals, champagne, heart shaped dessert, and a card for our honeymoon. A warm touch that made us feel extra special. Since we also missed dinner, we were given two plates of lovely little sandwiches. Throughout our stay we visited all of the restaurants-- the main buffet, and the 3 themed restaurants which are serviced with a Michelin star chef. The atmosphere of each restaurant is very romantic and chic. The food at each restaurant, yes even the buffet, was to die for. Absolutely incredible. Creative, tasty, and high quality with stunning presentations. The pool area is large, clean, and has full service with the option of a little service button which we thought was very handy, great idea. The sun beds are of your choosing on the first day and then reserved for you for the rest of your stay, another clever idea. The surrounding location of the hotel is safe and walkable, good for families, couples, and solo travelers. There is convenient access to multiple shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and only 7 minutes to the beach. The highlight of this hotel however, is the service. The service is absolutely 5 star service. We felt exceptionally welcomed and taken care of at each meal. The dining staff, hostesses, chefs, the guest services, the gentleman at the pool, all take their jobs with the utmost honor and do a wonderful job ensuring the perfect stay for the guests. Our only complaint, and it is a mild complaint, I really would only remove half a star for this.. Is that with half board, you can choose whether you want lunch or dinner as your second meal. However-- if you choose lunch, you can only go to the buffet as the other restaurants are not open. You cannot choose to have lunch or drinks by the pool. That is a separate charge, not included as an option in half board and it is quite expensive. Since this is a tropical beach vacation spot, most people want to relax and have lunch and drinks by the pool. This should be an option for half board, if we wanted to have lunch, we would have to get dressed and leave the pool to go upstairs and eat during prime pool hours (12:30-2:30) when the buffet is open.
