Atlantica SunGarden Beach

Wir waren im April dieses Jahr bereits zum 36. mal im Atlantica Sun Garden. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht vom neuen Manager, sein herzliches Auftreten zu jedermann auch gegenüber dem Staff. Auch im Hotel Bereich hat sich einiges zum Positiven verändert. Hallenbad und Sauna waren das erste Mal geöffnet seit wir Gäste sind. Zu erwähnen ist auch die zuvorkommende Art des Personals. Last but not least ist die hervorragende Lage des Hotels, daher können wir dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Bellissimo Hotel-Resort, con panoramica sul mare. Curato nei minimi particolari. Ristorante internazionale con ottima varietà e qualità di cibi. Camere curate e pulite. Personale gentile, disponibile e preparato. Un ringraziamento speciale a lo chef Achille che pazientemente e costantemente ha seguito la celiachia di mia moglie, in seguito un ringraziamento a Barbara, in sala, punto di riferimento per gli italiani, per la sua professionalità e cura dall'accoglienza alla scrupolosa pulizia degli ambienti. Alla reception ringraziamo George per la disponibilità e pazienza per il nostro scarso inglese. Infine, nel rileggere alcune vecchie recensioni di utenti, negative, non condividiamo le stesse in quanto non si può chiedere di meglio. Ci dispiace di mettere 5 stelle perchè merita molto di più. Hotel położony jest w spokojnej okolicy jednak można bardzo łatwo dojść spacerkiem do centrum ,podjechać autobusem(przystanek blisko) czy też taksówką. Wielkim atutem jest rozległy , zielony teren z piękny widokiem na morze. Do plaży bardzo blisko a sama plaża ładna z łagodnym wejściem- leżak i parasol to 5euro/ dzień. W hotelu ładne, zadbane i codziennie sprzątane pokoje-komplet ręczników, zestaw łazienkowy, zestaw do kawy i herbaty oraz woda. Sejf za opłatą. Pokoje są w budynku głównym ( polecam wybór z widokiem na morze) oraz w bungalowach. Przy basenach sporo miejsca , leżaki ok tak jak i serwis. Sporo osób korzysta z basenu krytego, sauny i jacuzzi. Największym atutem hotelu jest jego obsługa- już w recepcji spotkać można serdecznych i uśmiechniętych pracowników, którzy dołożą wszelkich starań aby pomóc. Tak samo w barach czy też restauracji - wielkie brawa za taką super ekipę. Jedzenie również wyśmienite- każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń!

Très déçu de cet hôtel... Nous étions 2, nous aimons les choses simples nous ne sommes pas difficile, mais la... Un hôpital à la décoration de lycée ou d'hôpital. Pas sale, mais loin d'être propre à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Un buffet qui sincèrement n'est pas bon, mais vraiment. Pour nos 3 derniers jours nous sommes allé au restaurant car nous ne pouvions plus manger au buffet. Par contre les salariés de l'hôtel sont très aimables et gentils, si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit vous êtes servi. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel, c'est une certitude.

W Atlantica Sungarden Beach gościliśmy w maju 2022. Nie był to hotel, który wybraliśmy pierwotnie. Został on nam przydzielony w zastępstwie przez TUI. Przed przylotem mieliśmy mieszane uczucia, jednak na miejscu zostaliśmy miło zaskoczeni. Hotel czysty, przytulny, pokoje wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzeba. Na szczegolne wyróżnienie zasługuje personel sprzątający, który bardzo dba o czystość w pokoju oraz kelnerzy w restauracji. Co do jedzenia, wszystko było pyszne i było w czym wybierać. Napoje alkoholowe również zdecydowanie na plus! Co prawda w hotelu spędzaliśmy tylko noce, ponieważ przez cały pobyt oddaliśmy się zwiedzaniu Cypru, natomiast jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z czasu spędzonego w Atlantica Sungarden Beach i zdecydowanie będziemy polecać znajomym ten hotel. Mam nadzieję, że jeszcze tu wrócimy!

Отель старый это ощущается в запахе, понравились реновированные номера и расположение. Отсутствуют кондиционеры в самом отеле, днём находится в лобби просто невозможно. Еда посредственная. За неделю начинает надоедать. Анамации ноль. Вечерняя программа - живая музыка до 11 вечера. И самый главный минус который полностью перекрыл все плюсы и после чего нет никакого желания вернуться- огромная крыса размером с кота, которая спокойно пробегалась по лобби.точка.

We are just returning from a week at this hotel, 2 adults 2 children (7 & 14) I’ve never wrote a review before but I felt I needed to this time. The hotel is lovely, great location with easy walk into Ayia Napa and lovely walk across the cliff front to a lovely beach with crystal clear sea. Food was great, different theme every evening and always something for all of us to eat (littlest is fussy and lived off pasta but she was happy) pools were great, we stayed by the oasis pool as that’s where the music was and the kids could go crazy, the other was a relaxation pool which still seemed lovely. Evening entertainment there wasn’t a huge amount but we sat in the meridian bar and listened to the live singers and played cards. The main reason for leaving the review is due to the staff, I can honestly say I have never been anywhere with such friendly and helpful staff, they genuinely go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay but they also seem very happy in their jobs and work well as a team. Thomas was great in the evenings getting up and showing off his moves on the dance floor to the live music, Ana always happy and ensuring we were well fed and watered, Itsi with a smile plastered to his face and Reshad went out of his way to talk to us whenever he saw us. The cleaning ladies were also amazing and so were the reception team who kindly moved us to a new room on day 1 as ours was a little snug. The team never stop working and do some very long shifts but you would never know! We have never returned to a hotel before but I feel Atlantica Sungarden Beach will be the first we do. Well done team and thanks for making our holiday so special

We are a family of 6 with a 9 year old and a 12 year old girls and parents in 70’s. The reception is nice, staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean. We went for a suite, ours has 2 bedrooms a living room, 2 bathrooms and 3! Balconies with beautiful sea views. The pools are nice and the food is good with lots of choice. There are lots of weddings at the hotel and loud music until 11.30pm ish. The beach is a 5 min walk away and lovely but difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Drinks are fine, no brands. Entertainment is poor for families… some bad singers and a mini disco where the girl running it hasn’t made a play list on her Iphone so the kids are stood waiting for ages between each song 😂. I get the feeling the hotel is trying to be a catch all catering for weddings, families, couples. We wouldn’t come back due to the poor entertainment. Our kids are too young for Ayia napa and there are only so many family card games you can play together, we have been to other AI hotels that tick all our boxes. Lots of reviews say the same not sure the hotel are bothered? Such a shame as it is lovely and they would have got return customers in us just by changing this. Bed on our holiday by 9.30pm is a bit boring …shame as we love a dance.
