里斯本有露台的酒店

清清爽爽的酒店，交通也蠻方便的，走幾分鐘就是公交車站，地鐵站幾乎可以去到各個景點了，而且酒店的飲用水外面賣三歐一瓶，酒店是免費的，服務態度也很好。稍微有一點點可惜的是房間內部大部分是木質結構，所以晚上睡覺的時候會時不時的有一點點吱吱吱的木頭聲音。

對旅客的重要考慮: - 如果您預訂含早餐的房間,並在出發當天有早班航班,請考慮單獨購買早餐。酒店不提供未使用的早餐退款,在我的情況下,他們既不退款,也不提供任何形式的賠償。這項政策雖然對酒店來說微不足道,但可能會留下負面印象,因爲善意的小姿態會大大提高客人的滿意度。 - 酒店不提供浴袍,對於習慣於在淋浴後使用的客人可能不方便。 - 夜間溫度可能相當低,所以建議提前打開空調,以確保舒適的睡眠。 - 房間緊湊,使這家酒店更適合獨自旅行者,而不是情侶或家庭。 雖然它被評爲四星級酒店,但早餐選擇相當簡單和有限。客人可以期待糕點,小種類的切片肉和奶酪(每種類型1-2),酸奶,配料,炒雞蛋,ciabatta,少量選擇的切片水果,果汁和一些酒精飲料。 珀克酒店: - 休息室提供無限量的咖啡,這對客人來說是一個很好的獎勵。 酒店位於市中心的鄰近區域,交通便利。客人只需步行一小段路即可到達堤岸和歷史中心。 - 在入住的第一晚抵達時,我收到了一個歡迎套件,其中包括免費進入客房酒吧。我附上了下面的酒吧照片供參考。

Room size and amenities are excellent. There is some drainage smell in the bathroom during my stay but the water pressure and temperature offset that part. It's important to have a nice shower and hair wash in Lisbon summer after going out everyday. The little kitchen and dining table is absolutely value-added. Location is fair though you could still walk to the city centre in 25 mins if you don't want to pay for transport Lots of breakfast options in the surrounding. During my 4-night stay, we came across with fire alarm in the midnight at 3am ish. Everybody went down stairs to find out what happened. As everything is digitalised, no guest is able to speak to a real person staff to find out what happened as the fire alarm keeps ringing for over 20 mins. The emergency sign along the stairs is not clear enough. We didn't know we by-passed ground floor already so we kept going down until we reached the car park which is 2 floors down the ground floor, ie. Basement. We had to go up again inside the car park and found the exit to the ground floor. Imagine if a fire takes place and it gets lots of smoke around, it's could be life threatening in such a situation. Some of the residents retrieved the booking confirmation email and found the emergency contact which led us to contact the property via WhatsApp and saying someone will be on site to find out what happened and whether it's safe to re-enter the building again. We got automated email asking us not to enter the building until it's clear what happened In about 30 mins, a guy from the fire alarm company arrived and turned the alarm off. He explained one of the rooms triggered that alarm. But the guest staying in the room was with the main group on scene and said she was sleeping when the alarm rang! No cooking or smoking inside the room at all. That guy re-assured it's safe to re-enter the building so it was about 4am when we back to our room. We couldn't sleep again given adter running up and down. So this is how it goes. The hardware of the room is perfect but if you want real person support at the time when tou needed it most, I'm not sure if that's your choice.

推薦這家青旅的早餐。早餐非常豐富多元。而且早餐的服務人員態度熱情讓我覺得愉快（西班牙大姐）。不過我得說，喜歡安靜的人，這家青旅位於觀景台後方，我旅遊的時間剛好碰到派對市集，葡萄牙的日落非常晚，直到晚上十點音樂、人聲跟市集，擾的人無法入眠。加上這家青旅應該是老建築物改建，木門跟隔音不佳。強烈建議自備耳塞再入睡。

之前讀過一些負面評價後，我有點擔心，但最終體驗非常棒。地理位置便利，靠近辦公室會議室和主要景點，而且環境安靜，睡眠品質也很好。 入住和退房比預想的要方便得多。虛擬接待處運作順暢，比一般飯店前台快得多。退房手續很簡單，只需在線上填寫表格即可。 我住的是單間公寓，非常寬敞，有廚房和漂亮的浴室。房間裡設施齊全：洗衣機、爐子、洗碗機、冰箱、廚具、衣架和熨斗。公寓提供每日清潔服務，入住時房間一塵不染。我也非常喜歡有密碼的無鑰匙系統，這讓一切變得非常方便。 當然，這更像是公寓式的住所，所以你不會找到飯店式的設施，但對我來說，它非常完美。唯一的小缺點是有人進出時會有一些噪音，但客人通常都很體貼，這並沒有打擾我的睡眠。 總的來說，我很享受這次住宿並會再次預訂。

飯店位於住宅區，附近就有超市，步行5分鐘即可到達地鐵站。飯店週邊匯聚了各種風味的餐廳，其中不乏當地特色美食。飯店內設有酒吧餐廳，規模較大，常有團體入住。房間雖略顯陳舊，但乾淨寬敞，床也很舒適。

我們被告知,我們可以將行李放在一樓的儲物櫃中(2英鎊),但我們嘗試了三次,他們根本沒有正常工作。另一位居民告訴我們,他們也遇到了同樣的問題。最重要的是,公寓不負責儲物櫃退款。 房間乾淨,位置安靜。一旦獲得密碼進入,很容易訪問。

這家旅館距離市中心約3公里,但確實有一些景點(如Jeronimo's Monetary) 房間非常小,如果你坐在牀邊,試着伸展你的腿,你很可能會撞到牆上。 我們更換了房間,因爲第一個房間的廁所沒有隱私,第二個房間給人一種隱私的錯覺(如照片中所示) 我們沒有看到任何管理層,因爲一切都是通過WhatsApp與他們聯繫,他們會迴應。 早餐還可以,有點選擇,但蛋糕和餅乾比實際食物更多。
