We think you are wrong in looking for our place. You can look on google map and search our place Ramaya Ubud View by EPS and it will be there. If you can't find our place you can call the number we have provided at the place you booked. Even our place is next to the main road. Without any explanation we obviously cannot cancel your booking. В последние дни нашего пребывания не было горячей воды. В остальном же хозяева гестхауса отличные и приветливые.В любых запросах они помогают.Комната уютна и в ней приятно было жить эти дни.Спасибо за пребывание

В целом гестхаус неплохой. Из минусов, в номере есть муравьи, ОЧЕНЬ слабый Интернет, кровати не особо удобные.Хозяйка доброжелательная женщина.
