We only stayed one night to attend a concert at the arena but will definitely stay here again when in the area. The gentleman working the front desk was very welcoming and knowledgable about the area. Location is great - 10 minute walk to the arena, convention center, harbor, and Camden Yards is not much further. And the area was well lit. There are two great little taverns on the same block as the hotel - Peter's Poorhouse and the Water Street Tavern. And plenty of other options in the area. Lobby was clean. Room was clean and had a full kitchen w separate bedroom area. And even though we had a corner unit on the main road, it was quiet enough overnight to sleep well. Hotel does have complimentary breakfast bar but we did not go down for it so cannot comment. It also appears the hotel is currently renovating its full service restaurant. Like most urban hotels, parking was expensive but since everything was walkable for us, we chose to self park at the garage next to the hotel and not pay extra for valet since we did not need in and out privileges. We paid $31 (ridiculous) to park vs $42 for valet.
