I booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!

What an amazing experience! From the valet to the concierge to the wait staff, everyone and everything at the The Ivy was phenomenal. You must experience The Ivy and have tea, read a book in the library, play pool in the billiards room and mix your own drinks at the bar. And do not forget to have dinner at the Magdalena. I am not sure if I can stay anywhere else in Baltimore.

We traveled to Baltimore to watch a filming of Motorweek in Owings Mills. We stayed 3 nights at the Ivy. We enjoyed ourselves so much, that we will return solely to stay at the Ivy with no other specific plans. The attention to detail is incredible The service is impeccable. There does not seem to be anything that the well trained staff will not do. There is a no tipping policy in place, however, there were times we felt awkward not doing so....that's how good everyone is. I cannot remember everyones name, so I won't name names. But I will give you an example. The well stocked bar has literally everything. Except Coke Zero. I requested one. The answer I got was not "No, we have Diet Coke." the answer was, "We do not, but have you hang on a few minutes I will get that for you." Sure enough a Coke Zero was purchased from a nearby store, and brought to me. That, ladies and gentleman.....is service.

My husband, 2.5 year old son and I just did a one-night stay at the Ivy Hotel. The stay could not have been more perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, intimate and welcoming. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs. We needed a crib for our son, and to ensure we had enough space to move around the room with a crib, they shifted us to a larger room complimentary. We also had a family member spend the day with us and they invited him to join for high tea as well. Speaking of high tea, it was simply excellent!! The tea, the food, the service, all wonderful. We have never been disappointed by Relais & Chateaux properties - the Ivy Hotel certainly meets the brand promise and we will happily stay there again on future trips to Baltimore!

I treated myself (third visit) and my sister (second visit) to a luxurious and relaxing sister-cation at the Ivy Hotel. Anytime we come here, all our stress and anxiety melt away. I am always impressed with the superb level of attention to detail and genuine warmth that the staff exhibit. They also strive to create personalized experiences for each guest. The hotel offers complimentary car service within a 3 mile radius, cocktail amenities from 12 noon to 12 midnight, a complimentary array of drinks and snacks in each room among other perks...and the homemade honey butter...don't even get me started...the staff was so kind and sent us home with a complimentary jar. The staff are so lovely, from James to Anthony to Kelvin...you are in absolutely great hands. The rooms are all unique and comfortable, and the deep soaking tubs are fabulous. This is our new favorite annual oasis escape.

My wife and I came to Baltimore to see a concert. One of the things we do as part of the ritual is to book a really nice hotel to overnight. When I say blown away i mean it. The service is A+++, the hotel itself is beautiful, our room (#15) was comforting and welcoming. Even the amenities were perfect. Back to their service, we entered the hotel to start the check-in process and as soon as we started to walk the hotel manager flagged us down to make sure we had champagne in our hands. From there the hotel concierge took us on a tour of the property and gave us a history lesson. Oh and they do not accept tips of any kind. I was blown away, at other hotels of this nature I normally keep at least $200 in cash specifically for tipping. Everything is included as part of your stay, including the snacks in the room (this includes bottles of wine, beer and snacks. Our only regret is not staying longer. This will be our goto hotel anytime we are in Baltimore.

L’hôtel se situe dans une villa historique du centre ville de Baltimore. Les pièces communes sont composées de petits salons ( jeux, billards, lecture, bar) décorées avec soin dans une ambiance très chaleureuse. Un verre de champagne est proposé au chez checking In Un bar est à disposition avec différents soft et alcool à volonté. Les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent aussi d’un bar à volonté complet. L’accueil et le service sont excellents et chaleureux. Une voiture est à disposition pour vous déposer ou venir vous chercher en ville. Il est rare de trouver un hôtel où tout est mis en œuvre pour que les clients se sentent si bien. Un très bel Hotel de luxe à ne rater sous aucun prétexte si on séjourne à Baltimore.
