Sehr großzügige Anlage mit mehreren Pools, einem See, sehr gepflegter Gartenanlage, mehreren Restaurants, Wellness, Fitness … alles! Ich schreibe meine Bewertung gerade auf der Terrasse des kleinen separaten Wellnesspavillons (es gibt wohl 10 davon, zuzüglich dem SPA-Hauptgebäude) und genieße meinen Tee nach einer tollen Massage von Anthony! Frühstück war ein Traum und heute Abend haben wir im Japanisch/Panasiatische Restaurant gebucht.

가족이 함께 오기 좋은 곳입니다. 식사, 수영, 스파 등 시설이 깨끗하고 골프장도 가깝습니다. 무엇보다 뷔페 식당 메뉴가 다양합니다.

My husband surprised me and took me to this beautiful resort property on my 25th birthday. This property is located in the outskirts of Bengaluru where one can resort from the hustle bustle of the city. The property is beautiful, we dined in Aaleeshan restaurant which is a Royal Indian cuisine restaurant, the staff were so courteous and welcoming. Thanks to RAHUL who was taking care of our table, he is absolutely a gem with a kind and genuine personality. Special mention for his professionalism as he offered me a shawl due to the windy and cold weather of Bengaluru. Overall, impeccable service and hospitality. Will be definitely back here. Kudos to Rahul and his team.

Anthony attended me at the spa and I loved the therapy, he was really good! I also think this spa has one of the best views and is completely breath taking! Would love to be back soon and especially visit the spa! ☺️ Thank you team at JW Bonvoy, Bangalore

Grand luxurious hotel with pathetic service! When we Checked in no one from the staff assisted us to our room. It’s a large property with lots of rooms everywhere, some lift have only access to some particular floor. So we had to walk around confused to find our room, every time we ask for help they told us to get the lift. Why they can’t simply assist us to the room since it’s a large place and finding room is not at all easy. Now the room we stay in, is far away from the entrance gate. They had plenty of buggy waiting outside but they weren’t helping is to get to the gate. It was like bad attitude and laziness all around. The one thing I noticed that when I get to the balcony and near the lake side there’s some horrible smell coming up, like the one we gets when we visit zoo, like animal piss or something. Don’t exactly know what produces this smell, but that was horrible. I must say apart from horrible customer service, the room was amazing, spacious, and the amenities provided were awesome

Great property. A proper shout out to the staff especially shahnawaz who is a great bar tender. The morning breakfast has good options. The property is well connected with buggies, however dont miss out on walking around the well maintained property.

Great service by the Marriott staff at the property. We were here for a business leadership offsite. It's a beautiful property nestled in the hills with multiple facilities. Loved the personal training session by Melbin in the health centre!

Gym trainer.Nikhil was very impressive. Gave helpful tips. Was warm nd friendly.play table tensiss was good fun spend lots of time it's really very good bowing also good nikhil taught us very good way really nice person in all things he helps a lot

The experience at fitness centre with Trainer Nikhil was the best. Must go to fitness centre to enjoy ur stay. Good facilities, great view all around . Peaceful & green. Also well maintained fitness centre. Very cooperative trainer here. Had great time
