Was very impressed by this Japanese style suburban hotel. Super clean, great customer service. Loved the bathroom, the shower and separate tub. Japanese style function toilet and bidet was great. Appreciated the toilet seat being heated. Nice mini split unit to keep room at perfect temp. Did not try Japanese Onsen baths. Hope to next time. Free parking. Well equipped fitness center, glad i could keep my routine on the road. I will definitely stay here again when in Hillsboro. Next time we will try the baths and restaurant!

Everything from check in to check out was good. Staff was friendly and nice. There was a water pipe that burst over night, so there wasn't any hot water the next morning, but it was a just a minor inconvenience that didn't affect our stay. Overall, it was a nice place and we left happy with our stay.

Hotel was BEAUTIFUL inside and out!! So many amenities, great parking and very friendly staff who was more than willing to accommodate our early check in/late check out requests. Would not look elsewhere for hotels, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in before. Could not recommend enough!

The amenities were fabulous considering how new the location is. However, the rooms were very basic and the bed could have used more pillows and maybe an extra blanket. Other than that, a real gem that I hope continues to flourish.

I forgot my wedding ring in my room I called the hotel they had found it and I gave them my address. I received it a couple days later in the mail. Hotel is very nice

Calm and quiet hotel stay, very refreshing. We appreciated the minimalism and enjoyed the Japanese Onsen. We will definitely return.

For a brand new place I expect there to be bugs to work out...however, baths were out of order and was never mentioned at check in, I suggest you offer guests if they want a bidet room or not, as it not be suitable for all. Shower water only got luke warm turned all the way hot. noisy neighbors with kids running and yelling and screaming after quiet time.

A beautiful hotel. Would have given it 5 stars, except for the temperature issues. Our room was on the top floor in the back corner, with three large windows. The room was frigid when we arrived. We had the hotel staff come up to show us how the AC/heat system worked. We turned the heat way up, went out for a couple of hours, and came back to a cold room. It finally warmed up as we were heading to bed. After dinner, we decided to take a soak in the tub, but the water never got very hot, and by the time there was enough water in the tub to soak, the water in the tub was cold. We think this was because the room was so far from the water heater. Hopefully these kinks will get worked out. We will go back,

Brand new. Opened 3 months ago. Excellent service. Restaurant with limited menu and drinks at this time but will be expanding soon.
