We had the absolute worst experience during our stay, as Ona Hotel Mozaic reception lost our bag with all our valuables. We left our 2 suitcases and a large tote bag at the reception at 1PM to go on a bus tour in Barcelona. Suhail, the receptionist, gave us 3 luggage tickets and I placed the 3 objects near him by the reception. When we came back from the tour, we provided the 3 tickets to another receptionist (Alicia), but she gave us only the 2 suitcases and she was not able to locate the tote bag. The bag is extremely IMPORTANT and valuable to us, as my wife's wallet and Jewellery box was inside the pink handbag that was located inside the missing bag, which were stored at the bottom of the bag below other items. My wife and I immediately started looking inside the storage area for the bag. We asked to receptionist to call the manager (Melissa) immediately. However, the receptionist refused saying that this was outside the manager’s office hours. Then she raised doubts about us leaving three pieces of bags and obviously our answer was that we just gave you 3 tickets to support our position. After we insisted and after we mentioned that we’re going to the police, she started contacting the manager and the other receptionist: the answer was we don’t know what happened and we did not see anything suspicious. Eventually, we understood that we were not getting any helpful responses, so we decided to call the police. The police responded fast, and we had to go to the police station to file an official report. We provided all the details to the police including the 3 tickets and the jewellery descriptions. The police were very supportive and promised to investigate the missing/stolen bag. Upon our return to the hotel from the police station, the receptionist did not provide any updates or additional information on how they planned to resolve the situation. In fact, several days have passed since our check out and the hotel had not reached out to us with any updates or even an apology. Based on the layout of the reception area, I highly doubt that someone from the street came and stole the bag, which only makes me think that this was an inside job. My advice to you is, DO NOT STAY AT ONA HOTEL!!! Terrible security and customer care!!!

優點:地理位置優越;房間漂亮,乾淨現代;咖啡很棒,客人可以使用的可愛的指定廚房。缺點:缺乏溝通;房間和大廳之間沒有隔音;AC沒有工作。我不會再住在這裏,因此不會推薦這家酒店。對於這個網站和其他旅遊網站的高評級,我仍然感到困惑。我會謹慎再去通過評分,我找到的住宿,這個網站和其他流行的旅遊網站。1)我們到達時,沒有一個人可以讓我們進去。接待處僅在下午12:00-晚上7:00開放。入住在3點,甚至沒有人可以寄存行李。非常不方便。我們在入住當天浪費了很多時間。我們發送了多個WhatsApp消息&可以看到他們已收到,但即使我要求回覆,也沒有回覆。一個電話在他們的終端掛斷。門上有一個標誌,表明酒店將關閉,直到後天我們訂了入住房,這讓人不安(見圖)。正常上班時間應該有人來收拾桌子,9-5。在與其他客人,甚至酒店員工在附近的另一間住宿處交談時,這是一次經常性的活動。我們入住期間,其他旅行者也經歷過類似的經歷--嘗試入住或送行李浪費了很多時間。2)溫度控制沒有給房間降溫,房間的恆溫器沒有控制房間的溫度,我們留下一個鑰匙,可以開插座,插了一整天。當我們傍晚回來的時候房間還是熱的。店主建議我們把鑰匙留在出店口,完全不顧我的評論,說我們一整天都在出店口裏留下了鑰匙。當我們午夜回來時,房間還是很熱,現在是五月。我甚至無法想象這間地獄般的房間會在夏天的幾個月裏。3)隔音效果極差。你可以聽到其他房間和走廊裏的客人的聲音。

我們有一個大家庭聚會，並在這家酒店預訂了6個房間。位置真的很好，還有床！他們超級舒服。現在變得不好了。水療中心！！認真！！！那是個玩笑。沒有溫泉！！！有一個私人蒸汽浴室，您需要提前預訂一個浴室大小，在露台中央有一個很小的室外游泳池，那裡經常有人！！！無法使用！工作人員簡直是災難性的！在簽到處，有一位女士，我認為格蕾絲（Grace）進取心極強，0很好！所有工作人員（客房服務，早餐，大廳）幾乎都不會說英語，衹是沒用！忘記一切，把訂單弄混了，太慢了。一個下午，在大堂，由於一些看不見的等候名單，我們幾乎被拒絕坐下！！（你好！Jiro壽司，這是什麼？？）那裡大約有5張桌子，大廳的女孩說，這些桌子是為在某個地方等待的客人預留的。。哪裡？？？沒人知道。因為我們幾乎走進去，坐下了，卻沒有注意那個遊說女孩的荒謬言論。猜猜怎麼著，我們坐了2個小時，沒有人來參加其他4張預訂的桌子？？？唯一一位很棒的人是入口處的英國人（我相信）Partik（我認為），他確實是五星級！其餘的員工大多不會說英語，甚至沒有嘗試！

這是我在西班牙最喜歡的酒店，首先從地理位置上來看，無比優越，就在巴特羅之家對麪，讓你可以欣賞不同時段的巴特羅之家的美景。第二從房間大小來看，他是公寓性質實際更旁邊的六十二號是一家衹是六十二號是酒店，房間超級超級大，實際至少可以住六個人，在客廳有一個特產籃子裏面的東西都是免費的，很貼心，但是廚房裡的是收費的！第三：酒店的早餐和很棒，餐廳的小哥哥甜美的微笑很帥很帥！食物也很不錯，最後小哥哥還會貼心的問你吃好了沒有。最後提醒一下大家，到西班牙旅行不要帶太多現金，不要隨意跟陌生人說話，小偷非常的多！

I was travelling for work and stayed the first half at Hotel SixtyTwo. I wish I had stayed there the whole time instead of moving hotels! Fantastic location on Passeig De Gracia surrounded by shops and tapas bars (try Vinitus it is lovely!) The staff cannot do enough for you, great breakfast and a lovely room. They upgraded me and I had a great 5th floor room with a terrace which was lovely. I also dropped my ring down the back of the bedside cabinet and it got stuck and the maintenance team did absolutely everything they could to get it back for me (which they did!) I will stay here again when I return to Barcelona!

그라시아 거리에 있어 접근성 최고이고 직원분들은 정말 친절해요. 시설은 깔끔하고 세면대는 두개라서 편하게 잘썼습니다. 화장실 비품도 잘 구비 되어 있어요. 다만 샤워기 수압이 조금 약하고 물이 배수구로 잘 안빠졌지만.. 이 조금의 단점을 감수하고 너무 최고입니다 b 11일간 이탈리아, 스페인 신혼여행중인데 이탈리아의 오래된 숙소에서만 묵다가 여기 오니 너무 오길 잘했단 생각 드네요 ! (까사밀라, 사그라다 파밀리아도 테라스에서 보입니다) 여기 오고 나서 숙소에서 행복해졌습니다.. :)

Excellent hotel with brilliant service. The room was clean and we were even permitted to check into our room slightly early. Location was perfect and a short walk to any main attraction the city has the offer. An extra bonus was the rooftop lounge/bar with stunning views... a perfect place to end the day with a cool drink or to soak in the sights a final time before departing for home. Staff were courteous and extremely generous! Would come back again.
