The service was amazing clean room nice environment

Il n'y avait personne à la réception. Nous avons dû attendre plus de 15 minutes. De plus, la buanderie était hors d'usage et la piscine douteuse mais correct. L'eau est trouble.

The place is a dive! Holes in the carpet from cigarette burns, i was supposed to get a non smoking room.

The place is clean, no doubt about that. However, the microwave does not work. When I looked to see if it was plugged in, it had wire showing at the plug. So, no working microwave. The light switch in the bathroom still has the old heater timer switch, which apparently is not hooked to anything, but will set and buzz and then ding. Not sure if it is actually safe. Hopefully they have the wires wrapped or capped in the wall. The lady at the desk is amazing! The outside leaves a lot to be desired for cleanliness. The non smoking rooms are a joke, because the smell of cigarettes is everywhere.

Night Receptionist was not very friendly or knowledgeable. Breakfast was dried out muffins, severely bruised apple and terrible coffee. There was no vanity area in the bathroom-only a sink. Microwave discusting and didn't work.

They are so super sweet hear the staff nice price and best was EXTRA COMFY

TV controller not working and no help with replacement, exterior doors unlocked and remained during night.smoke alarm seemed inoperable, pulled from ceiling, carpet with stains,uncleaned feeling of room.

Price too high for what you get. Older hotel needs repairs
