温德姆大巴巴多斯山姆領主城堡全包度假村(Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lords Castle All Inclusive Resort)

Lovely new all inclusive hotel, friendly staff, entertainment, catered for food allergies, food and drinks plentiful!

I came to Barbados for my birthday the Sam Lords Castle gave me the best experience I’ve ever had ! The service was great they even didn’t ballon’s , confetti , and a card for my birthday ! Majority of the staff was so kind and helpful especially the front desk and guest services I didn’t get everyone’s name and I’m probably misspelling a few but shout out to Alyssa , Candace , Shiloh, Kiana . There were 2 more I forgot to get there name she had glasses and half up half down she was so kind and helpful with my excursions. The resort had good food and drinks better than we expected for a resort . They even accommodate us after we checked out and waited for our taxi. Everything was so amazing the staff alone made me want to come back I love love love it there. All the facilities were clean the staff was attentive to every detail stay here you won’t regret it .

this property is beautiful. the beautiful waters are second to none. The staff is very kind and friendly. Because the location opened about three months ago you can tell they are still working out a few kinks. There is only one entrance to the beach. The waters near the entrance are a bit rough, so you have to walk down to the other end of the resort to discover the calm waters. The property has about 3 to 4 pools, only two open during my stay.(an adult pool, and a family pool.) the adult was silent and with no food. The family pool had music, food and activities, which I found to be a bit disappointing because adults want that as well. The buffet doesn’t list everything thats being served at the different stations. for instance at the sushi bar, they just had a ton of sushi with no signs listing the type of fish being served. The pasta station was slow but tasty. (two members of staff however only one working) Overall for the price the resort needs to step it up if they want to be considered a premier resort on the island.

Nos encantó el hotel. Aún no está al 100% de su capacidad pero cuando lo terminen y terminen de afinar estará súper. Aún tienen que mejorar las horas de limpieza del cuarto, hay que hacerle seguimiento. La atención en recepción, restaurante y piscina súper. En la playa aún no hay un bar, pero hay una persona que te brinda agua y bebidas gaseosas. Todos en general muy amables.

We reserved this hotel with the understanding that it was operating under a soft opening phase. It should not be open for service yet. It is clearly understaffed, the staff that are present including management are not trained to check in, answer questions or resolve issues. For an all inclusive resort, there was one restaurant available which wasnt open when we arrived. The pools were under construction, no gym, no spa or ammenities. When we asked about this, we were told we should have read the website better. We felt uncomfortable and checked out the next morning.

Hotel is beautiful. Not the place to go if you want a busy night life. Place to go to relax. Long way from the main city. It is not finished yet. The spa and gym were not open. The speed of service at the bar during the day was a bit slow. Rooms and the poolside was amazing. I will make a return visit when it is finished.

The beginning of our stay began with a “your room isn’t ready but we will call you as soon as it is”. We thought the property was beautiful but management was non existent and service followed suit. Great potential but the staff is still incomplete as is the building and it’s facilities.

Our stay was great special thanks to Vhef Narayan who worked exceptionally hard to please our vegetarian palates and make us feel included and looked after . Also Chef Basu and Mr Rahul were very helpful.
