Lots of parking and very good service

I've checked in with my family. 2 kids (12 years old and 9mos old) I chose the hotel since it says there's crib or cot available. But when I asked, the guy does not know what it is so I just let slide. The room was quite warm despite the AC was adjusted to 66 degrees already. All of us had a hard time sleeping and woke up feeling more tired. When I took a shower, the tub was clogged. took me 20 minutes waiting for the water to subside and on top of that the exhaust fan wasn't working, it was like I had a steam bath. I paid 100$ I know it was reasonable price.. But for the amenities I felt so cheated. We are so disappointed, surely will never check in that hotel anymore. Check in was fast likewise the check out since I book thru *******.

A nice older hotel. Dennys restaurant is in the hotel and a swimming pool on the second floor. Our room was comfortable, the staff was pleasant, the price was right and the hotel is near the Japanese garden and Henderson lake.

nothing unique good staff working here but the hotel is old and needs an over hall you owner out there !! the heating system in the room is very loud in kicks IN is like 747 landing in your room. all my staying i was dip rived of my sleep ......

For the price, a very decent hotel. The pool in the morning was really warm which made doing laps a joy. The coffee room had a good supply of drinks and granola bars. Staff was very helpful. I would stay again.

Cement floors made a very quiet room. The room was clean. perfect for a good nights sleep. Good value for the money.
