레지던스호텔로 음식을 해먹을 수 있고 공항에서 멀지 않고 위치가 괜찮습니다. 아침조식도 괜찮은 편입니다. 정수기가 있어서 좋았습니다.

I recently went for holiday’s with my family, the hotel room was comfortable, clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Carpet in room could be cleaner as got your socks durty within a few minutes. excellent location!

The hotel is great! It's conveniently located, the room was clean and comfortable. We love that the room had a small kitchen and larger living room space. It's also nice that they offer free breakfast in the mornings, with plenty of food options! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The room was very comfortable, mini kitchen had all the needed items. Lobby breakfast was delicious. The only negative thing was disturbance at 2am right down the hall from us. Some person was yelling for 30-40min and cursing and there was a lot of door banging. It made me feel unsafe during that time

Property was well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms could use some TLC. The fridge was is very poor shape with dents all over the outside and the temperature control did not work. it froze all the food we put in it.

TV didn't work. Needed new connection. Fridge door was missing. No waffle makers for breakfast. You need to install ADA toilets that are higher. Your toilets are way to low for people with hip and knee issues. $20 for parking seems a bit exorbitant. What a way to make free profit!

Not so good. I drove there & however forgot my id. I have a photo copy and the receptionist refused to use it. I was in a bit of a rush on the way there as it was my little brother's birthday and i didn't want the cake to melt. I stay quite often so I feel, as a loyal guest, there could've been an exception. Not only that, after finally checking in, we were told the pool and jacuzzi was not in service and we had to go to the neighboring hotels to use theirs. Shortly after, I received a call from the front desk saying they received a "noise complaint" and that we would have to leave if we kept making noise, even though we had literally just got into the room. It felt like harassment so I was a bit uncomfortable staying.
