We had a great time at the resort. The staff was very friendly and the restaurants were all great. The mixed drinks were good, but at times they seems to have a funky taste. We would just toss those and grab a new one, so all good. The bartenders were all excellent and very entertaining. The only real negative we had was upon check in our room wasn’t ready. They told us 15 minutes, but I think they forgot about us. We needed up waiting over an hour which caused us to miss lunch. We were starving so ordered room service which never came. We then had to wait for dinner service. After that bad intro to the resort the rest of the week was awesome. If you have to wait upon checkin don’t be shy about bugging them so they don’t forget you.

This is our third Secrets vacation and second in Punta Cana! We were there from the 9th to the 16th of October. Service was very good, checkin was very quick! Restaurant options for dinner we’re quite nice compared to only dining at the buffet. Property was quite well maintained. Location from airport was quite acceptable 30 minutes in traffic. Will likely select another Secrets in the future!

Everything was great with the exception of a few things. 1. The sales people on the beach are too frequent and too aggressive. We could not enjoy walking on the beach or sitting on the beach without being harassed every two minutes & sometimes by the same person. 2. The "credits" offered when booking through ******* are a scam.

Hotel is gorgeous. Food was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Entertainment at night was pretty good but would like more of Dominican flair than just American music. Not enough activities during the day. The pool area felt a bit sleepy. Overall very happy with the stay at this hotel and would definitely come back

This property was beautiful, clean and quiet for couples, food was okay, drinks were okay, I didn’t like that when they knock on your door, to come in they don’t wait for you to say just a minute, they just come in. Internet didn’t work over all the resort. Power went out several times. No telephone in the room the until the day before we got ready to leave. No amenities for our Anniversary even thought it was told way before our trip! We had to tell them the day of our anniversary! We missed a day with delays and even with insurance it was no accommodations. Rate it 6 out of 10!
