離我要去的地方特別近，所以非常非常方便。第二天凌晨退房，遇到了一點小插曲，但是還是完美的解決了，態度很不錯。

Very beautiful facility. I loved the cleanliness, location and customer service was perfect. 5 stars. However my thermostat went out during my stay and my room was really cold.

The only issue was the sliding door to the toilet/ shower area would not close! There was an eight inch gap no matter what we tried. But it looks like they are updating the whole place. Staff were so friendly and welcoming!

The receptionist who greeted us was nothing short of amazing. She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The bathroom door was stuck and it took both of us to open it, there was no remote in the room and the phone didn’t work, it did however make a loud siren noise for our first hour there. I had to use my cell to call the front desk. A guy answered and said he could bring me a remote but didn’t know what to tell me about the phone. We unplugged it and the noise stopped but there was no phone for the duration of our stay. There were a lot of kids there. There was pizza boxes on the floor in the hallway and kids running up and down the halls. I’m glad we only needed to stay one night.

I absolutely loved my room and the common areas were clean and smelled fabulous and clean!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms need help! The bathroom light was hanging out of the ceiling, the corner between the ceiling and the wall in the bedroom had a huge crack (separated) and the molding was just laying against the wall (not attached) near the bathroom. We had a king suite and there were cigarette burns on the stools even though it’s a smoke free hotel. For the price a night, we expected more.

Had a room whether machinery noise kept me up at night. Only there one night and noise didn't come until nighttime so I didn't bother to ask for a new room. Fortunately, had ear plugs.

The complex itself is just unique the colors in the building completely stands out

Excellent customer service. When the renovations are complete, I’ll give it 5 stars all around!

We had a newly remodeled room and I think we may have been the first to use it- SPARKLING CLEAN! Nice location. Quick drive to the very charming Chagrin Falls or Downtown.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like we slept on the floor

Just a meh hotel. They were redoing the parking lot while I was there. Was pretty inconvenient and difficult to avoid the mess. Service was fine everyone was nice. Wasn’t the cleanest hotel ever. There was a service cart in the hallway for the 2+ days I was there and it had chicken bones sitting in it the whole time. One of the elevators broke on the second day.

THe check in clerk was kind, helpful and friendly. The Aloft is conducting some renovations at this time, so this was the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating.
