設施稍微有點陳舊，但是非常乾淨。服務非常好，酒店禮賓給了很多吃的玩的的建議，也一直幫我打車。就是位置稍微有點不方便。

設備陳舊，早餐還行

這個酒店、酒店員工，一切都很棒！我有一半的時間都在酒店，親眼目睹了一切，我認為這裡是世界上最好的酒店之一。穆罕默德 S. ——你的專業和禮貌和整體的工作方式都很棒，非常感激！早餐很棒，景色很贊，但是最好的是員工。從登記入住到退房都很好。我向所有來這個美麗城市的遊客推薦這家酒店。

Un hotel bastante céntrico y bien ubicado La atención de todo el personal maravillosa y en especial de Fadi cuando dejamos el hotel y nos ayudó con el equipaje y la salida. Las habitaciones confortables y limpias, asímismo amplias en donde uno se puede mover libremente Los alimentos y el restaurante formidable y la atención inmejorable

we had a 3 day conference meetings for 370 persons. most of them stayed at the hotel. food and service were outstanding. would like to thank the GM, Mrs. Amira and her team for their devotion and service. a 24 hours follow up. special thanks to Mariette and Ali the concierge for their pro-actions and special follow up. our next conference will definitely be at this hotel

Flott hotell, og barnevennlig. Jeg skulle ønske at de på resepsjonen ga oss litt mer informasjon om spisemuligheter på hotellet eller i nærheten. Når vi spurte noe i resepsjonen hadde de aldri noe å anbefale. Vi fant for det meste ut av ting selv. Spa og bassenget var helt flott og personalet der var veldig imøtekommende, de gjorde oppholdet vårt flott!

Beautiful hotel for my stay! The concierge team was exceptional. Thank you Hassen, Ali, Fadi and Rabih. Always ask for a non smoking room as my first night the smell of cigarettes was still lingering. They upgraded my room to an executive suite which had beautiful views but the room was a little older. The health spa was incredible 😍 Gym facility was the best I’d ever seen at a hotel! Thank you again !

Amazing experience overall from hospitality to services to amenities. Big thanks to the concierge Mr. Ali Marji for his great efforts during my stay. He made everything looks easy and was proactive. Mr. Ali was super helpful, friendly and made us feel as home. Breakfast was great including a lot of variety. Definitely will be coming back

I was so pleased with all the hotel personnel. They were all friendly and approachable. I'd like to mention Firas, Ali, and Sarah all the ground floor crew were very very helpful and always ready to assist. Thank you so much! Also, the restaurant (breakfast crew) and the bar crew were really really kind too! I cannot express how thankful i am to them. I have enjoyed my stay with all the benefits and great facilites they have. Just one thing I'd say regarding the room's AC wasn't working properly but nonetheless, staying at Habtoor was a very lovely experience. Thank you, Hilton ❤️

My visit to the State of Lebanon was the first, as the purpose of the visit was work and it lasted about two days. I was not able to explore the places due to lack of time, but the generosity and kindness of the people and the way they dealt with visitors makes you feel that Lebanon is a gem worth visiting.

I went on a business trip and tried the Hilton. I stated at others hotels in Beirut before . I was pleased with the excellent service provided from beginning to end. Good value for the price as well as a good location. Would definitely go back. I also dined in their restaurant which was very good
